前記増幅回路は、前記感圧センサの第1出力端の信号振幅を増幅して電流の形態にて前記増幅回路の第1増幅出力端へ出力し、且つ前記感圧センサの第2出力端の信号振幅を増幅して電流の形態にて前記増幅回路の第2増幅出力端へ出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記増幅回路は、
制御端が前記感圧センサの第1出力端に接続され、第1端が前記増幅回路の第1増幅出力端に接続されている第1薄膜トランジスタと、
制御端が前記感圧センサの第2出力端に接続され、第1端が前記増幅回路の第2増幅出力端に接続されている第2薄膜トランジスタと、
第1端が前記第1薄膜トランジスタの第2端と前記第2薄膜トランジスタの第2端とに接続され、第2端が第1基準電位端に接続されている定電流源と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記増幅回路は、第1増幅出力端及び第2増幅出力端を備え、
前記増幅回路は、前記感圧センサの第1出力端の電圧振幅を増幅して前記増幅回路の第1増幅出力端へ出力し、且つ前記感圧センサの第2出力端の電圧振幅を増幅して前記増幅回路の第2増幅出力端へ出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記増幅回路は、
制御端が前記感圧センサの第1出力端にに接続され、第1端が第2基準電位端に接続され、第2端が前記増幅回路の第1増幅出力端に接続されている第1薄膜トランジスタと、
制御端が前記感圧センサの第2出力端に接続され、第1端が前記第2基準電位端に接続され、第2端が前記増幅回路の第2増幅出力端に接続されている第2薄膜トランジスタと、
第1端が前記増幅回路の第1増幅出力端に接続され、第2端が第1基準電位端に接続されている第1定電流源と、
第1端が前記増幅回路の第2増幅出力端に接続され、第2端が第1基準電位端に接続されている第2定電流源と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記増幅回路は、差動増幅回路であり、前記差動増幅回路は、1つのみの増幅出力端を備え、前記差動増幅回路は、前記感圧センサの第1出力端の電圧値と前記感圧センサの第2出力端の電圧値との差分を増幅して前記増幅回路の増幅出力端へ出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記差動増幅回路は、
制御端が前記感圧センサの第1出力端に接続され、第1端が第1ノードに接続され、第2端が第2ノードに接続されている第1薄膜トランジスタと、
制御端が前記感圧センサの第2出力端に接続され、第1端が第3ノードに接続され、第2端が前記第2ノードに接続されている第2薄膜トランジスタと、
制御端が第4ノードに接続され、第1端が前記第1ノードに接続され、第2端が第2基準電位端に接続されている第3薄膜トランジスタと、
制御端が前記第4ノードに接続され、第1端が前記第3ノードに接続され、第2端が前記第2基準電位端に接続されている第4薄膜トランジスタと、
第1端が前記第2ノードに接続され、第2端が第1基準電位端に接続されている定電流源と、を備え、
前記第4ノードは、前記第1ノードに接続され、前記第3ノードは、前記増幅回路の増幅出力端に接続され、
前記第1薄膜トランジスタ及び前記第2薄膜トランジスタは、何れもN型トランジスタであり、前記第3薄膜トランジスタ及び前記第4薄膜トランジスタは、何れもP型トランジスタであり、または、
前記第1薄膜トランジスタ及び前記第2薄膜トランジスタは、何れもP型トランジスタであり、前記第3薄膜トランジスタ及び前記第4薄膜トランジスタは、何れもN型トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記感圧センサは、ホイートストンブリッジ式圧力センサであり、
前記ホイートストンブリッジ式圧力センサは、前記第1入力端、前記第2入力端、前記第1出力端、前記第2出力端、第1ひずみ圧力センサ、第2ひずみ圧力センサ、第3ひずみ圧力センサ及び第4ひずみ圧力センサを備え、
前記第1ひずみ圧力センサは、前記第1入力端と前記第1出力端との間に直列接続され、前記第2ひずみ圧力センサは、前記第2入力端と前記第2出力端との間に直列接続され、前記第3ひずみ圧力センサは、前記第2入力端と前記第1出力端との間に直列接続され、前記第4ひずみ圧力センサは、前記第1入力端と前記第2出力端との間に直列接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記感圧センサは、シリコン・ピエゾ抵抗式圧力センサであることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記表示パネルは、表示領域と、前記表示領域を取り囲む非表示領域とを含み、
前記非表示領域は、第1方向において前記表示領域の対向する両側に位置する第1領域及び第2領域を含み、
前記非表示領域は、第2方向において前記表示領域の対向する両側に位置する第3領域及び第4領域をさらに含み、
前記感圧センサ及び前記増幅回路は、何れも前記第1領域および/または前記第2領域に位置し、
前記駆動チップは、前記第3領域に位置することを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記感圧センサは、前記非表示領域における前記表示領域に近接する側に位置することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の表示パネル。
- 表示領域に位置する薄膜トランジスタをさらに備え、前記薄膜トランジスタは、アクティブ層を備え、
前記感圧センサは、多結晶シリコン材料からなり、前記感圧センサは、前記アクティブ層と、同一の層に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の表示パネル。 - 請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の表示パネルを備えることを特徴とする表示装置。
