Claims (5)
- 回転体に取付け可能なセンサギアと、
前記センサギアの外周部に所定の間隔で設けられた複数の歯部を磁気式に検出するとともに、前記外周部と所定の間隔を隔てて対向配置され、前記複数の歯部の有無を信号として出力する検出部と、
前記検出部を保持する保持部材と、
前記保持部材が取付けられた取付台と、
前記保持部材を前記取付台に固定する固定部材と、
前記センサギアの前記歯部と前記検出部との間に配置され、かつ前記歯部及び前記検出部の双方に接触して前記所定の間隔を調整する隙間調整部材と、
を具備する、磁気式センサ。 - 前記隙間調整部材は、前記センサギアの回転に伴って、前記センサギアの歯部と前記検出部との間から脱落するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の磁気式センサ。
- 前記隙間調整部材は、前記センサギアを構成する材料及び前記検出部を構成する材料のいずれよりも硬度が低い材料から作製され、前記歯部又は前記検出部に取付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の磁気式センサ。
- 回転子と、
前記回転子に取付けられたセンサギアと、
前記センサギアの外周部に所定の間隔で設けられた複数の歯部を磁気式に検出するとともに、前記外周部と所定の間隔を隔てて対向配置され、前記複数の歯部の有無を信号として出力する検出部と、
前記検出部を保持する保持部材と、
前記保持部材が取付けられた取付台と、
前記保持部材を前記取付台に固定する固定部材と、
前記センサギアの前記歯部と前記検出部との間に配置され、かつ前記歯部及び前記検出部の双方に接触して前記所定の間隔を調整する隙間調整部材と、
を具備する、電動機。 - 前記回転体と、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の磁気式センサとを備えた機械の製造方法であって、
前記回転体に前記センサギアを取付けるステップと、
前記センサギアの前記歯部と前記検出部との間に、前記隙間調整部材を配置するステップと、
前記検出部を保持した前記保持部材を前記取付台に位置決めするステップと、
前記固定部材を用いて、前記保持部材を前記取付台に固定するステップと、
を有する、製造方法。
