Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年8月28日に出願された、米国仮特許出願第62/550,783号の利益及びそれに対する優先権を主張し、その開示のすべては本明細書に参照として組み込まれる。

(摘要)
外科用アクセスシステムは、カニューレアセンブリ及びオブチュレータアセンブリを含む。オブチュレータアセンブリは、例えば腹腔などの内在する腔に、直接注入流体を送達するための注入チャネルまたは流体通路を提供する。流体通路は、カニューレアセンブリから分離したオブチュレータアセンブリ内に完全に限定され、流体通路から放出された注入流体がカニューレアセンブリ内ではなく、腹腔に向けられるようにカニューレアセンブリの遠位の位置で終結する。
Claims (16)
- 外科用アクセスシステムであって、
長手軸を画定し、近位端及び遠位端を有するカニューレ部材を含むカニューレアセンブリであって、前記カニューレ部材はカニューレルーメンを画定するカニューレ壁を含む、カニューレアセンブリと、
オブチュレータアセンブリであって、
オブチュレータハウジングと、
前記オブチュレータハウジングから延び、前記カニューレルーメン内に少なくとも部分的に配置可能なオブチュレータ部材であって、前記オブチュレータ部材は、組織を貫通するために構成された貫通部材を有するオブチュレータ壁を含み、前記オブチュレータ壁はそこを通る少なくとも1つの流体開口部を有する、オブチュレータ部材と、
