Claims (3)
- ロール状の資材が設けられる巻戻し部分と、電極を所定の長さだけ送る送り駆動モーター及び張力を加える張力装置を有するスプール部(1)と、
正極及び負極にレーザーノッチング装置が配設されており、電極が送り装置により送られれば、レーザー装置が作動して求められるタブ状及び間隔で、且つ与えられた仕様通りにノッチングを行う複数のレーザーノッチング部(2)と、
ノッチングされた資材がバッファー空間に位置していて、送り装置により送られて巻芯によりバッテリー状に巻き取られるようにする巻取部(3)と、
を備えてなることを特徴とするレーザーノッチングが行える一体型巻取機。 - 前記レーザーノッチング部(2)が、巻取部(3)と一体化されてタブ整列を容易にし、且つ、リアルタイムにて補正するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザーノッチングが行える一体型巻取機。
- 前記レーザーノッチング部(2)が、
上段にファンフィルターユニット(4)が配備され、前記ファンフィルターユニット(4)の下段にはレーザーを発生するレーザーヘッド(6)及びエアーカッター(7)が配備され、前記エアーカッター(7)の下段に第3の煙霧吸込みパイプ(8)、第2の煙霧吸込みパイプ(9)、第1の煙霧吸込みパイプ(10)がこの順に配備され、前記第1の煙霧吸込みパイプ(10)の下段に電極をレーザーで割断するときに発生するスクラップを回収するためのレーザースクラップボックス(11)と、レーザーダンプ(12)及びレーザースクラップパイプ(13)が配備され、電極が送られる上下段にレーザーエアープレート(14)(15)がそれぞれ配備されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザーノッチングが行える一体型巻取機。
