- トレッド成形面と、
前記トレッド成形面上を延びるサイプブレードと、
前記サイプブレードの端部から前記トレッド成形面上を延びる鋳出し突起部とを備え、
前記鋳出し突起部の幅は、前記サイプブレードの幅より大きい、
タイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記サイプブレードが第1面を有し、
前記第1面における前記端部周辺の領域が前記鋳出し突起部に覆われている、
請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記サイプブレードが第2面を有し、
前記第2面における前記端部周辺の領域が前記鋳出し突起部に覆われている、
請求項2に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。 - タイヤ加硫金型のトレッド成形面を成形するトレッド鋳型面と、
前記トレッド鋳型面から突き出た埋没予定部、および前記トレッド鋳型面に埋まった表出予定部を備えるサイプブレードとを備え、
前記表出予定部の端部から延びる溝が前記トレッド鋳型面に設けられており、
前記溝によって、前記表出予定部の前記端部が露出しており、
前記溝の幅は、前記表出予定部の幅より大きい、
タイヤ加硫金型を鋳造するための鋳型。 - 前記サイプブレードが第1面を有し、
前記第1面における前記端部周辺の領域が前記溝によって露出している、
請求項4に記載のタイヤ加硫金型を鋳造するための鋳型。 - 前記サイプブレードが第2面を有し、
前記第2面における前記端部周辺の領域が前記溝によって露出している、
請求項5に記載のタイヤ加硫金型を鋳造するための鋳型。 - 請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の鋳型を用いてタイヤ加硫金型を鋳造する工程を含む、タイヤ加硫金型の製造方法。
