Abstract

Claims (10)
- モータであって、前記モータは、モータ本体と、前記モータ本体の一端に配設されるエンドキャップアセンブリとを備え、前記モータ本体は、ステータと、前記ステータに対して相対的に回転可能なロータと、前記ロータに固定され、前記ロータと共に回転するモータ軸とを備え、前記エンドキャップアセンブリには、2つのブラシが設けられる、モータと、
前記モータの制御のための制御ユニットであって、前記制御ユニットは、外部電源と接続するための2つのコネクタを備え、前記2つのブラシは、それぞれ、前記制御ユニットを介して、前記コネクタに電気的に接続され、前記2つのブラシから対応する前記コネクタまでの接続経路の長さは、互いに実質的に等しい、制御ユニットと、
を備えることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記長さの差と前記長さのいずれかとの比は、20%よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記エンドキャップアセンブリは、カバーと、前記カバーに取り付けられる複数の電子部品とを備え、前記複数の電子部品は、前記2つのブラシと、2つのインダクタと、2つの接続端子とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ブラシは、前記インダクタ及び前記接続端子を介して、前記制御ユニットに対応して接続されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記カバーには、前記2つのブラシがそれぞれ取り付けられるための2つのブラシホルダと、前記2つのインダクタがそれぞれ取り付けられるための2つのインダクタ取付部と、前記接続端子が取り付けられるための2つの端子取付部とが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記カバーは、段付き穴を形成し、前記モータは、更に、前記段付き穴に収容される整流子を備え、前記2つのブラシホルダは、前記段付き穴の両側に、前記段付き穴と連通して、対称に配設されて、前記ブラシが、前記段付き穴内に延在し、前記整流子と接触することができるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記接続端子の各々と前記ブラシのいずれかとの間の距離は、少なくとも17〜22mmであることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、プリント回路基板を備え、前記接続端子は、前記プリント回路基板に電気的に接続され、前記コネクタは、前記プリント回路基板の側に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板は、複数の導電バイアホールを形成し、2つの導路が、前記プリント回路基板上に印刷され、前記導路の各々の両端は、それぞれ、前記導電バイアホールの1つ及び前記コネクタの1つに接続され、前記接続端子は、対応する前記導電バイアホール内に係合されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の駆動装置。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置と、前記駆動装置によって駆動される伝動機構とを備えるアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータは、ウィンドウリフトアクチュエータであることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
