Abstract
Description
請求項1に記載の発明は、被取付部材に形成されているクリップ取付座のリブに装着したクリップ本体を相手パネルの取付孔に挿入することで、相手パネルに被取付部材を着脱可能に取り付けるクリップである。クリップ本体は、湾曲して形成された頭部と、頭部から連続して形成されており弾性変形可能な一対の外脚と、一対の外脚に挟まれる格好を成しており、リブに装着可能な挟持爪を有する内脚とを備えている。一対の外脚には、相手パネルの取付孔の縁に係合可能な係合斜面が外側に向けて屈曲した第1屈曲点と内側に向けて屈曲した第2屈曲点との間に挟まれるように形成されている。一対の外脚の内面のうち、第2屈曲点における内面には、クリップ本体に対して抜去荷重を作用させると、一対の外脚の内面とリブとの間に生じている隙間を詰めることが可能な隙詰め部材が形成されている。
(第1実施形態)
まず、本発明の第1実施形態を、図1〜6を用いて説明する。なお、以下の説明にあたって、『被取付部材』、『相手パネル』の例として、『内装部材2』、『インストルメントパネル3』を説明することとする。これらのことは、後述する第2実施形態、第1変形例、第2変形例においても同様である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態を、図7〜9を用いて説明する。この第2実施形態のクリップ101は、既に説明した第1実施形態のクリップ1と比較すると、一対の外脚12に生じる撓みを抑えた形態である。なお、以下の説明にあたって、第1実施形態と同一または均等な構成の部材には、図面において同一符号を付すことで重複する説明は省略することとする。これらのことは、後述する第1変形例、第2変形例においても同様である。

Claims (1)
- 被取付部材に形成されているクリップ取付座のリブに装着したクリップ本体を相手パネルの取付孔に挿入することで、前記相手パネルに前記被取付部材を着脱可能に取り付けるクリップであって、
クリップ本体は、
湾曲して形成された頭部と、
前記頭部から連続して形成されており弾性変形可能な一対の外脚と、
前記一対の外脚に挟まれる格好を成しており、前記リブに装着可能な挟持爪を有する内脚と、を備えており、
前記一対の外脚には、前記相手パネルの前記取付孔の縁に係合可能な係合斜面が外側に向けて屈曲した第1屈曲点と内側に向けて屈曲した第2屈曲点との間に挟まれるように形成されており、
前記一対の外脚の内面のうち、前記第2屈曲点における内面には、前記クリップ本体に対して抜去荷重を作用させると、前記一対の外脚の内面と前記リブとの間に生じている隙間を詰めることが可能な隙詰め部材が形成されているクリップ。
