Claims (9)
- 複数の溝が設けられている電線配列具の前記各溝のそれぞれに、一部で導体が露出している電線を入れることで、複数本の前記電線を配列する電線配列工程と、
前記電線配列工程で配列された各電線の導体を、所定の方向で挟み込み、前記各導体同士をジョイント接合する接合工程と、
を有し、前記接合工程での挟み込みをすることにより、前記各導体のうちの任意の1本の導体が、前記挟み込みで加えられる力の方向に対して交差する方向の付勢力を、前記各導体のうちで前記任意の1本の導体に接している他の導体から受けることを特徴とする電線接合方法。 - 請求項1に記載の電線接合方法において、
前記電線配列具の各溝のうちの少なくとも1つの溝の幅寸法が他の溝の幅寸法と異なっており、
電線配列工程は、前記電線配列具の前記各溝のそれぞれに、前記溝の幅寸法に合った外径の前記電線を入れることで、前記電線を配列する工程であることを特徴とする電線接合方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の電線接合方法において、
前記電線配列工程で前記電線配列具の溝に前記電線を入れるときには、前記溝の深さ方向が前記接合工程での前記導体の挟み込み方向になっており、
前記電線配列工程での電線の配列がなされた後、前記接合工程での接合がなされる前に、前記電線配列具を、前記挟み込みの方向に対して相対的に所定の角度回動する回動工程を有することを特徴とする電線接合方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電線接合方法において、
前記電線配列具には、前記溝に入れられた電線の前記溝からの抜けを防止するための抜け止め防止片が設けられていることを特徴とする電線接合方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電線接合方法において、
前記電線配列具の各溝うちの少なくとも1つの溝の深さが他の溝の深さと異なっていることを特徴とする電線接合方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電線接合方法において、
前記電線配列工程は、前記電線配列具の溝の底にアタッチメントを設置した後に、前記電線を前記溝に入れる工程であることを特徴とする電線接合方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の電線接合方法において、
前記電線配列具の前記溝の幅が調整自在に構成されていることを特徴とする電線接合方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電線接合方法において、
前記接合工程での前記導体の挟み込みは、お互いが対向している一対の挟み込み部材の少なくとも一方の挟み込み部材を、前記一対の挟み込み部材間の距離が小さくなる方向に移動することでなされるのであり、
前記接合工程は、超音波接合で前記導体同士を接合する工程であり、前記一方の挟み込み部材はアンビルであり、前記他方の挟み込み部材はホーンであり、
前記接合工程では、前記電線の太い導体が前記ホーン側に位置し、前記電線の細い導体が前記アンビル側に位置していることを特徴とする電線接合方法。 - 複数本の電線を配列する電線配列工程と、
前記電線配列工程で配列された各電線の導体を、所定の方向で挟み込み、前記各導体同士をジョイント接合する接合工程と、
を有し、前記接合工程での挟み込みをすることにより、前記各導体のうちの任意の1本の導体が、前記挟み込みで加えられる力の方向に対して交差する方向の付勢力を、前記各導体のうちで前記任意の1本の導体に接している他の導体から受けることを特徴とする電線接合方法。
