Abstract
Description
〔1〕摩擦材原料として、繊維基材、結合材、有機充填材、及び、無機充填材を含有する乾式ブレーキ用摩擦材であって、前記無機充填材として、中心細孔径が1.0nm以上50.0nm以下の複数の細孔を有する多孔質シリカを含有する、乾式ブレーキ用摩擦材。
パッド物性として、気孔率とパッド圧縮変形量で評価した。何れの測定結果も、比較例3での測定値を1とした相対値で示した。
フルサイズダイナモメータ試験機を使用し、JASO C406(乗用車)に準じるダイナモメータ試験のうち、第1フェード試験のみ実施した。なお、試験前に摺合せを50回実施した。得られた結果より、最も摩擦係数が低い制動6回目の数値を比較した。
Claims (5)
- 摩擦材原料として、繊維基材、結合材、有機充填材、及び、無機充填材を含有する乾式ブレーキ用摩擦材であって、
前記無機充填材として、中心細孔径が1.0nm以上50.0nm以下の複数の細孔を有する多孔質シリカを含有する、乾式ブレーキ用摩擦材。 - 前記多孔質シリカの前記細孔の容積の総和が、前記摩擦材原料中に含有する有機物が400℃で液状物となったときの体積の総和以上である請求項1に記載の乾式ブレーキ用摩擦材。
- 前記多孔質シリカの比表面積が、500m2/g以上1500m2/g以下である請求項1又は2に記載の乾式ブレーキ用摩擦材。
- 前記多孔質シリカの前記細孔の容積が、0.3cm3/g以上4.0cm3/g以下である請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の乾式ブレーキ用摩擦材。
- 前記多孔質シリカが、メソポーラスシリカである請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の乾式ブレーキ用摩擦材。
