Abstract
Description
この構成によれば、柔軟導体が導出される開口端の形状が潰されずに維持されるため、筒状導体の開口端における柔軟導体の損傷を抑制できる。また、筒状導体の軸方向(長手方向)における固定部の形成位置に高い精度を必要としない構成となるため、筒状導体と柔軟導体の組付性の向上を図ることができる。
この構成によれば、第2変形部で柔軟導体に対してより確実に接続させることができ、その結果、筒状導体と柔軟導体との電気的接続をより確実に確保することができる。
この構成によれば、筒状導体に挿入される柔軟導体の先端部が単芯部となるため、筒状導体への柔軟導体の挿通作業性を向上できる。
この構成によれば、導電路における柔軟導体の損傷が抑制されたワイヤハーネスを提供できる。
図3に示すように、柔軟導体15の芯線17は、筒状導体14の長手方向一端部の開口端14aから筒状導体14に内挿されている。そして、芯線17は、筒状導体14に形成された固定部20にて固定されている。なお、芯線17における筒状導体14に挿入される先端部は、該芯線17を構成する複数の導線が固められて単芯線化された単芯部17aとして構成されている。
まず、図4(a)に示すように、絶縁被覆18から露出された芯線17の先端部を、第1治具31を用いた熱溶着(抵抗溶接)によって単芯部17aに成形する。単芯部17aでは、複数の導線が互いに熱溶着されることで、線間の隙間が無い単芯線とされる。
筒状導体14の固定部20は、第1変形部21から第2変形部22にかけて段階的に縮径されている。つまり、芯線17が固定部20から受ける応力が、第1変形部21から第2変形部22にかけて段階的に増すようになっている。
(1)筒状導体14における芯線17(柔軟導体15)と固定される固定部20は、筒状導体14の外周壁14bが径方向内側に変形されて芯線17を保持する第1変形部21と、第1変形部21から更に径方向内側に変形されて芯線17と接続された第2変形部22とを有している。この構成によれば、芯線17に対して第1変形部21から第2変形部22にかけて段階的に応力が掛かる構成となる。このため、筒状導体14と芯線17との接続部分(第2変形部22)において芯線17に掛かる応力が緩和され、当該接続部分における芯線17の損傷を抑制できる。
・上記実施形態における単芯部17aの構成及び成形方法は例示であり、単芯部17aを超音波溶着、又は半田付けなどによって成形してもよい。また、上記実施形態の芯線17から単芯部17aを省略した構成としてもよい。
・上記実施形態の第1及び第2変形部21,22は、筒状導体14の周方向全体に亘って形成されたが、これに特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、筒状導体14の周方向における半分の範囲に形成してもよい。
次に、上記実施形態及び変形例から把握できる技術的思想を以下に追記する。
(イ)形状を保持可能な筒状導体と、
前記筒状導体よりも柔軟性に優れ、前記筒状導体と接続された柔軟導体と、
前記柔軟導体と接続された端子と
を備えた導電路の製造方法であって、
前記筒状導体における前記柔軟導体が挿入された部位を径方向内側に変形させて、前記柔軟導体を保持する第1変形部を成形する第1変形部成形工程と、
前記第1変形部を径方向内側に変形させて、前記柔軟導体と接続される第2変形部を成形する第2変形部成形工程と
を備えたことを特徴とする導電路の製造方法。

- 筒状導体と、
前記筒状導体よりも柔軟性に優れ、前記筒状導体と接続された柔軟導体と、
前記柔軟導体と接続された端子と
を備え、
前記柔軟導体の長手方向一端部が前記筒状導体に内挿された状態で該筒状導体の固定部にて固定された導電路であって、
前記固定部は、前記筒状導体の外周壁が径方向内側に変形されて前記柔軟導体を保持する第1変形部と、前記第1変形部から更に径方向内側に変形されて前記柔軟導体と接続された第2変形部とを有していることを特徴とする導電路。 - 請求項1に記載の導電路において、
前記固定部は、前記柔軟導体が導出される前記筒状導体の開口端から離間した位置に形成されていることを特徴とする導電路。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の導電路において、
前記第1変形部及び前記第2変形部は、前記筒状導体の周方向に沿って環状に形成されていることを特徴とする導電路。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の導電路において、
前記柔軟導体は、複数の導線からなり、前記筒状導体に挿入される前記複数の導線の先端部が固められて単芯線化された単芯部を備えたことを特徴とする導電路。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の導電路を備えたことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
