Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のビードコアの製造方法は、1本以上のビードワイヤを被覆樹脂で被覆してなるストリップ部材を巻回して環状体を形成する、環状体形成工程と、前記環状体形成工程において形成した前記環状体を樹脂で被覆する、樹脂被覆工程と、を含む。

Description
本発明のビードコアの製造方法は、1本以上のビードワイヤを被覆樹脂で被覆してなるストリップ部材を巻回して環状体を形成する、環状体形成工程と、
前記環状体形成工程において形成した前記環状体を樹脂で被覆する、樹脂被覆工程と、を含むことを特徴とする。
本発明のビードコアの製造方法によれば、耐久性の高いビードコアを得ることができる。
この方法によれば、簡易な手法により、耐久性の高いビードコアを得ることができる。
前記環状体の全体が前記キャビティ内に位置するように配置し、前記射出樹脂を前記環状体の全周囲に射出することが好ましい。
この方法によれば、より耐久性の高いビードコアを得ることができる。
この方法によれば、より簡易に耐久性の高いビードコアを得ることができる。
この方法によれば、ビードコアの硬度をより調整しやすくなる。
図8に示す実施形態においても、フィルム加熱後の冷却により、環状体1が第1のフィルム18と第2のフィルム19とによる熱収縮の力を受け、また、第1のフィルム18と第2のフィルム19とにより、外力等から環状体1が保護される。
従って、図8に示す実施形態のビードコアの製造方法によっても、耐久性の高いビードコア12を得ることができる。

Claims (5)
- 1本以上のビードワイヤを被覆樹脂で被覆してなるストリップ部材を巻回して環状体を形成する、環状体形成工程と、
前記環状体形成工程において形成した前記環状体を樹脂で被覆する、樹脂被覆工程と、を含むことを特徴とする、ビードコアの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂被覆工程は、ビードコア成形用射出成形金型のキャビティに、前記環状体形成工程において形成した前記環状体を配置し、溶融した射出樹脂を前記キャビティに射出する、射出工程を含む、請求項1に記載のビードコアの製造方法。
- 前記射出工程において、
前記環状体の全体が前記キャビティ内に位置するように配置し、前記射出樹脂を前記環状体の全周囲に射出する、請求項2に記載のビードコアの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂は、前記被覆樹脂と同じ樹脂である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のビードコアの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂は、前記被覆樹脂と異なる樹脂である、請求項1〜3にいずれか一項に記載のビードコアの製造方法。
