Abstract
Description
(a)第1のガラス板と第2のガラス板とにそれぞれ少なくとも1つの穴を設け、
(b)前記第1のガラス板と、熱可塑性の中間層と、前記第2のガラス板とをこの順番で互いに面で重ねて配置し、この際、前記穴をオーバラップさせ、
(c)前記第1のガラス板を前記第2のガラス板に前記中間層を介してラミネーションにより接合させ、この際、前記複層ガラスが形成され、前記穴と、前記中間層における穴とにより、一貫した貫通孔が形成され、
(d)前記貫通孔の縁部に、ワンピースに形成されたポリマエレメントを設け、前記ポリマエレメントは、前記貫通孔を通って延在する一貫した穴を有している。

Claims (15)
- 一貫した取付け穴を備えた複層ガラス(V)であって、少なくとも、第1のガラス板(1)と第2のガラス板(2)とを有しており、前記第1のガラス板と第2のガラス板とは熱可塑性の中間層(3)によって互いに接合されており、さらに当該複層ガラス(V)は、当該複層ガラス(V)全体を貫通して延在する少なくとも1つの貫通孔(4)を有しており、前記貫通孔(4)の縁部(K)には、ワンピースに形成されたポリマエレメント(5)が設けられており、前記ポリマエレメントは、前記貫通孔(4)を通って延在する一貫した穴(6)を有している、複層ガラス(V)。
- 前記第1のガラス板(1)、前記第2のガラス板(2)、および前記中間層(3)はそれぞれ1つの穴を備えて構成されており、前記穴は完全にまたは部分的にオーバラップして、これにより前記貫通孔(4)が前記複層ガラス(V)に形成される、請求項1記載の複合ガラス(V)。
- 前記第1のガラス板(1)における前記穴の前記縁部と、前記第2のガラス板(2)における前記穴の前記縁部とは、ずれ(x)を有している、請求項2記載の複層ガラス(V)。
- 前記ポリマエレメント(5)は射出成形により前記貫通孔(4)内に形成されており、前記貫通孔(4)の前記縁部(K)を完全にカバーしている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(V)。
- 前記ポリマエレメント(5)はさらに、前記第1のガラス板(1)と前記第2のガラス板(2)の互いに反対側の表面(I,IV)の、前記貫通孔(4)に隣接して前記貫通孔(4)を取り囲む領域をカバーしている、請求項4記載の複層ガラス(V)。
- 前記ポリマエレメント(5)は補償リングである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(V)。
- 前記ポリマエレメント(5)はガラス繊維またはガラスビードにより強化されており、好適には少なくともポリアミド、またはポリブチレンテレフタレートを含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(V)。
- 前記穴(6)のサイズは、前記貫通孔(4)のサイズの50%〜90%であり、好適には60%〜80%である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(V)。
- 前記穴(6)は円形である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(V)。
- 前記複層ガラス(V)は、自動車の開放可能なサイドウィンドウガラスであって、前記穴(6)は、車体内に配置された昇降機構と連結するために設けられている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(V)。
- 前記第1のガラス板(1)と前記第2のガラス板(2)とはガラス、好適にはソーダ石灰ガラスを含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(V)。
- 一貫した取付け穴を備えた複層ガラス(V)を製造する方法であって、
(a)第1のガラス板(1)と第2のガラス板(2)とにそれぞれ少なくとも1つの穴を設け、
(b)前記第1のガラス板(1)と、熱可塑性の中間層(3)と、前記第2のガラス板(2)とを互いに面で重ねて配置し、この際、前記穴をオーバラップさせ、
(c)前記第1のガラス板(1)を前記第2のガラス板(2)に前記中間層(3)を介してラミネーションにより接合させ、この際、前記複層ガラス(V)が形成され、前記穴と、前記中間層(3)における穴とにより、一貫した貫通孔(4)が形成され、
(d)前記貫通孔(4)の縁部(K)に、ワンピースに形成されたポリマエレメント(5)を設け、前記ポリマエレメントは、前記貫通孔(4)を通って延在する一貫した穴(6)を有している、
一貫した取付け穴を備えた複層ガラス(V)を製造する方法。 - ステップ(d)において、前記貫通孔(4)を有する前記複層ガラス(V)の領域を2つの射出成形型の間に配置し、ポリマエレメント(5)を前記縁部(K)に直接、射出成形により取り付ける、請求項12記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)において、ポリマエレメント(5)としての補償リングを前記貫通孔(4)内に装着する、請求項12記載の方法。
- 複層ガラス(V)のガラス板(1,2)の場合によっては存在するずれ(x)を補償するための、前記複層ガラス(V)の貫通孔(4)内における、ワンピースに形成されたポリマエレメント(5)の使用。
