Claims (16)
- 互いに溶接される金属片の間に少なくとも1つの材料片が配置される溶接部材の製造方法において、互いに溶接される金属片(3、4;11、12;21、22;31、32;41、42)の少なくとも1つに少なくとも1つの突起部(5、13、23、33、43)を設け、前記溶接される金属片(3、4;11、12;21、22;31、32;41、42)間に配置され該溶接される金属片から絶縁(16、17;26;36)される少なくとも1つの材料片(1、15、25、35、45)に少なくとも1つの開口部(2、14、24、34、44)を設け、これにより前記互いに溶接される金属片の1つに設けられた前記突起部(5、13、23、33、43)の少なくとも一部分は、前記開口部(2、14、24、34、44)を貫通して、該突起部(5、13、23、33、43)の上端によって前記もう一方の溶接される金属片と機械的に接触し、前記金属片の溶接(37、38、39)は、前記一方の溶接される金属片の突起部と接続する前記もう一方の金属片の表面に対して溶接効果をもたらすことによって行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記突起部(5、13、23、33、43)は、射出成形、クリンチング成形、円錐絞り加工、発泡成形または液圧成形などの成形法により形成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記材料片(1、15、25、35、45)の前記開口部(2、14、24、34、44)は、打抜き、押抜き、中抜き、切削もしくは熱切断、またはレーザビームもしくはプラズマジェットおよびプラズマビームによって形成することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記金属片(3、4;11、12;21、22;31、32;41、42)は、抵抗溶接(37)、TIGスポット溶接(39)、または例えばレーザビーム溶接(38)もしくは電子ビーム溶接であるビーム溶接法などの熱結合法によって互いに溶接することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、絶縁材(16、17;26;36)を中間層の表面に塗布して、前記材料片と前記突起部との接触を抑制することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記絶縁材(16、17;26;36)は、重合体、流動性接着剤、接着テープ、フリース素材入りテープ、可塑性絶縁材またはセラミック材であることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、本発明によって前記互いに溶接される金属片(3、4;11、12;21、22;31、32;41、42)は、被覆鋼、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、銅または真鍮からなることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記材料片(1、15、25、35、45)は、被覆鋼、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、銅もしくは真鍮などの金属ベース材料、繊維複合体、またはセメント板もしくはセラミック材からなることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記突起部(5、13、23、33、43)は、前記溶接される他方の金属片と機械的に接触するのに有用な円錐形、ピン形、テーパ形または他の任意の幾何学形状に成形することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された部材の乗用車の結合部または接合部としての使用。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された部材の鉄道車両の結合部または接合部としての使用。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された部材の農業用機械の結合部または接合部としての使用。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された部材のバスまたはトラックの結合部または接合部としての使用。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された部材の航空宇宙飛行手段の結合部または接合部としての使用。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された部材の宇宙飛行手段の結合部または接合部としての使用。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された部材の、少なくとも1つの別の部材に結合される適合部材(46、48)としての使用。
