Description
Claims (18)
- 可変光透過性を有する積層窓ガラスであって、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層シートによって接合される2つのガラスシート、すなわち、外側ガラスシートおよび内側ガラスシートと、前記2つのガラスシート間で積層体に組み込まれる機能フィルムのアセンブリとを含む積層窓ガラスにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層シートは、Rzが50〜400μmでRaが15〜90μmの粗さを有することを特徴とする積層窓ガラス。
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層シートは、Rzが100〜400μmでRaが30〜90μmの粗さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 自動車用の積層窓ガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 自動車屋根用の積層窓ガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層シートは、少なくとも1つの面を含み、前記少なくとも1つの面は、前記面の一般面に対して凹および/または凸であり、前記面に沿って延びる、まっすぐ(直線)かつ平行な、浮き彫りにした複数の幾何学パターンによって、前記熱可塑性中間層シートの大部分に形成されたパターンを設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層シートは、前記第1および第2のガラスシートと接触して設けられ、前記熱可塑性中間層シートの粗面は、それぞれ前記第1および第2のガラスシートと接触し、前記2つの熱可塑性中間層シートの平滑面は、前記機能フィルムと接触することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層シートは、前記第1および第2のガラスシートと接触して設けられ、パターンを設けられた2つの面を有し、第1の面は、第2の面のパターンおよび粗さとは異なる粗さを有するパターンを設けられ、前記ガラスに面する前記粗さは、前記機能フィルムに面する前記粗さよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記幾何学パターンは三角柱であることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記幾何学パターンは、実質的に連続し、前記熱可塑性中間層シートのすべての面に沿って延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記熱可塑性中間層シートは、0.2〜0.7mm、好ましくは0.2〜0.5mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 各個々のパターンに対して、頂部の角度αは0〜90°であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記熱可塑性中間層シートは、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーまたはエチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸エステルコポリマーまたはポリビニルブチラールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- Rzが50〜400μmでRaが15〜90μmの、好ましくは、Rzが100〜400μmでRaが30〜90μmの粗さを有する少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層シートが、前記機能フィルムの両側に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 大半に(大部分に)テクスチャが形成された前記熱可塑性中間層シートの前記少なくとも1つの面は、前記ガラスシートと接触することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層シートは、UVカット中間層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記機能フィルムは、色および/または光透過性が可変のフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記機能フィルムは、SPDフィルムまたはPDLCフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 赤外線を選択的に反射する層システムを含み、前記システムは、前記外側ガラスと前記機能フィルムとの間に置かれる、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
