Claims (15)
- 収容ハウジングの内部に設けられて前記収容ハウジングの一側面に向かって開口する収容空間を有し、前記収容空間を囲む収容側壁にジグザグ形状の収容構造部を有する電池収容部と、
前記収容空間に収容されて前記収容構造部に接触し、前記収容ハウジングの前記一側面に向かって位置して前記収容ハウジングから突出する複数の電極リードを有する複数の電池セルと、
載置ハウジングの内部に前記収容空間に向かって開口して前記複数の電池セルを載置する載置空間を有し、前記載置空間を囲む載置側壁にジグザグ形状の載置構造部を有する電池カバー部と
を含み、
前記載置ハウジングは、前記収容ハウジングの前記一側面を覆って前記複数の電極リードによって貫通されることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記収容ハウジングは、前記一側面と対向する他側面で前記収容空間を閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記収容ハウジングにおける前記収容空間の長さは、前記載置ハウジングにおける前記載置空間の長さより長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記収容ハウジングの前記収容側壁は、前記収容ハウジングの底側から天井に向かって前記ジグザグ形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記収容ハウジングの前記収容側壁は、前記収容空間を介在して対向する第1収容側壁及び第2収容側壁、そして前記収容ハウジングの前記一側面と対向する他側面に第3収容側壁を含み、
前記収容構造部は、前記第1収容側壁、前記第2収容側壁及び前記第3収容側壁で前記ジグザグ形状に沿って位置する収容傾斜面と、前記収容傾斜面同士の間の溝部にそれぞれ位置する収容スリットとを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記収容傾斜面は、前記第1収容側壁、前記第2収容側壁及び前記第3収容側壁の間で分離することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1収容側壁の収容傾斜面は、前記収容空間内に1つのレベルで、前記第2収容側壁の収容傾斜面及び前記第3収容側壁の収容傾斜面と同じ幅を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1収容側壁と前記第2収容側壁との間の幅は、前記第3収容側壁の収容傾斜面の長さよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記収容傾斜面は前記収容空間と対向するように前記収容空間に露出し、前記収容スリットは前記収容空間と連通することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電池セルは、前記第1収容側壁、前記第2収容側壁及び前記第3収容側壁のそれぞれにおいて1つの溝部を定義する2つの収容傾斜面の間に電極組立体を位置させ、1つの収容スリットにシーリング部を位置させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記シーリング部は、折畳部を通じて前記第1収容側壁、前記第2収容側壁及び前記第3収容側壁の収容スリットに挟み込まれ、偏平部を通じて前記第3収容側壁の収容スリットに挟み込まれることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記載置ハウジングの前記載置側壁は、前記載置ハウジングの底側から天井に向かって前記ジグザグ形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記載置ハウジングは、前記載置空間を介在して対向する第1載置側壁及び第2載置側壁、そして前記載置空間の開口面と対向する第3載置側壁を含み、
前記載置構造部は、前記第1載置側壁、前記第2載置側壁及び前記第3載置側壁で前記ジグザグ形状に沿って位置する載置傾斜面と、前記載置傾斜面同士の間の溝部にそれぞれ位置する載置スリットとを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池収容部及び前記電池カバー部は、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、エラストマまたはプラストマからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池収容部及び前記電池カバー部は、金属材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
