Claims (9)
- 鉄(Fe)系母材にアルミニウム(Al)素材のコーティング膜が形成された鋼板を第1次目標温度まで第1次昇温速度で高周波加熱する第1次加熱ステップと、
前記第1次加熱ステップを通過した前記鋼板を第2次目標温度まで第2次昇温速度で高周波加熱して前記コーティング膜を溶融させるが、前記第2次昇温速度が前記第1次昇温速度より低くなるように加熱する第2次加熱ステップと、
前記第2次加熱ステップを通過した前記鋼板を第3次目標温度まで第3次昇温速度で高周波加熱させるが、前記第3次昇温速度が前記第2次昇温速度より高くなるように加熱する第3次加熱ステップと、を含み、
前記第2次加熱ステップでは、前記コーティング膜素材と前記母材素材の反応によって化合物が形成されることを特徴とするホットスタンピング工程用高周波加熱方法。 - 前記第2次加熱ステップでは、
高周波加熱時に発生する電磁気力Fが前記コーティング膜の粒子間結合力又は前記コーティング膜と前記母材の間の結合力fより小さく(F<f)印加電流を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング工程用高周波加熱方法。 - 前記第1次目標温度は、
前記コーティング膜の溶融点以下の温度である530℃以上、570℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング工程用高周波加熱方法。 - 前記第2次目標温度は、
前記鋼板が強磁性体の性質を失う温度である730℃以上、770℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング工程用高周波加熱方法。 - 前記第2次昇温速度は、
6.4℃/s以上、24℃/s以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング工程用高周波加熱方法。 - 前記第1次加熱ステップ及び前記第2次加熱ステップは縦磁界加熱方式(LFIH)で高周波加熱し、前記第3次加熱ステップは垂直型磁界加熱方式(TFIH)で高周波加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング工程用高周波加熱方法。
- 前記第2次加熱ステップでは、
前記第1次加熱ステップで使用したコイルより広幅のコイルを使用し、
前記第1次加熱ステップで配置したコイルの間隔より広い間隔でコイルを配置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のホットスタンピング工程用高周波加熱方法。 - 前記第2次加熱ステップでは、
幅が70mm以上、90mm以下であるコイルを使用して加熱することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のホットスタンピング工程用高周波加熱方法。 - 前記第2次加熱ステップでは、
コイル間の間隔を50mm以上、70mm以下に配置させて加熱することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のホットスタンピング工程用高周波加熱方法。
