Abstract
um método de aquecimento de alta frequência para um processo de estampagem a quente inclui: um primeiro passo de aquecimento de aquecimento de alta frequência de uma chapa de aço, que tem uma camada de revestimento de alumínio (al) formada em um material de base à base de ferro (fe), para uma primeira temperatura alvo em uma primeira taxa de aquecimento; um segundo passo de aquecimento de fusão da camada de revestimento por aquecimento de alta frequência da chapa de aço, que passou através do primeiro passo de aquecimento, para uma segunda temperatura alvo em uma segunda taxa de aquecimento, em que a segunda taxa de aquecimento é inferior à primeira taxa de aquecimento; e um terceiro passo de aquecimento de aquecimento de alta frequência da chapa de aço, que passou através do segundo passo de aquecimento, para uma terceira temperatura alvo em uma terceira taxa de aquecimento, em que a terceira taxa de aquecimento é inferior à segunda taxa de aquecimento. um composto é formado por uma reação entre um material da camada de revestimento e um material do material de base no segundo passo de aquecimento. por conseguinte, a camada de revestimento não é deslocada mesmo quando o aquecimento de alta frequência é realizado em uma temperatura igual ou superior ao ponto de fusão da camada de revestimento.
