Abstract
Description
低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLPDE)、エチレン−酢酸ビニル(EVA)、エチレン−メタクリレート(EMA)、エチレン−アクリル酸ブチル(EnBA)及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される高分子材料と、
4,4’−オキシビス(ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド)及び炭酸水素ナトリウムからなる群から選択される化学的発泡剤と、
任意選択的に担体要素と
を含み、この構成部品は、架橋剤を実質的に含まない。
Claims (15)
- 膨張性シール材のための組成物であって、
低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLPDE)、エチレン−酢酸ビニル(EVA)、エチレン−メタクリレート(EMA)及びエチレン−アクリル酸ブチル(EnBA)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の高分子材料と、
化学的発泡剤と
を含み、架橋剤を実質的に含まない、膨張性シール材のための組成物。 - 前記高分子材料は、75重量パーセント〜90重量パーセントの範囲の量のLDPEである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記化学的発泡剤は、4,4’−オキシビス(ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド)又は炭酸水素ナトリウムである、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子材料は、EMAを75重量パーセント〜90重量パーセントの範囲の量で含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記化学的発泡剤は、4,4’−オキシビス(ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド)である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子材料は、EVAを75重量パーセント〜92重量パーセントの範囲の量で含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記化学的発泡剤は、4,4’−オキシビス(ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド)である、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子材料のゼロ剪断粘度は、100Pa−s〜50000Pa−sの範囲である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 製造作業中に所定の高温に曝される空洞を閉塞し、そしてそのための遮音材を提供するための膨張性シール材及び遮断材構成部品であって、
低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLPDE)、エチレン−酢酸ビニル(EVA)、エチレン−メタクリレート(EMA)、エチレン−アクリル酸ブチル(EnBA)及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される高分子材料と、
4,4’−オキシビス(ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド)及び炭酸水素ナトリウムからなる群から選択される化学的発泡剤と、
随意の担体要素と
を含み、架橋剤を実質的に含まない、膨張性シール材及び遮断材構成部品。 - 前記高分子材料は、75重量パーセント〜90重量パーセントの範囲の量のLDPEである、請求項9に記載の構成部品。
- 前記高分子材料は、75重量パーセント〜90重量パーセントの範囲の量のEMAである、請求項9に記載の構成部品。
- 前記高分子材料は、75重量パーセント〜92重量パーセントの範囲の量のEVAである、請求項9に記載の構成部品。
- 前記高分子材料は、30〜45重量パーセントのEVA及び30〜45重量パーセントのEnBAである、請求項9に記載の構成部品。
- 前記高分子材料のゼロ剪断粘度は、100Pa−s〜50000Pa−sの範囲である、請求項9に記載の構成部品。
- 陸上車両、船艇若しくは航空機の空洞若しくは中空構造及び/又は建物の空洞を、雑音、振動、湿気及び/若しくは熱の伝搬が低減され、かつ/又は前記空洞を囲む物体が機械的に強化されるように閉塞、遮断又は補強するための、請求項9に記載のシール材又は遮断材構成部品の使用。
