Abstract
Description
本願は、結晶性ポリカーボネート粉末、特に付加製造に有用な結晶性ポリカーボネート粉末の製造方法に関する。
平均粒径が直径で234μmである挽いたポリカーボネートをアセトン中に30分間浸漬した。この後、アセトンを除去し、生じた研磨したPC粉末(凝集した状態となる)を一晩乾燥した。結晶化したPCを、凝集物を砕くために、さらに別の時に研磨し、最終的な粉末(数平均粒径247μm)をふるい分けした。ポリカーボネート粉末の結晶化度は20%であった。ふるい分け前、ポリカーボネート粒子の25%のみ、サイズが150μm以下であった。
ガラスビーカー内で20質量%のポリカーボネートをジクロロメタン(DCM)に室温で溶解した。溶解したポリカーボネートの200gの量を、栓付きガラス分液漏斗に移し、ポリカーボネート溶液を、400mLのアセトンで満たしたガラスビーカーに、Silverson L5Mホモジナイザーを用いて6000rpmで一定の攪拌をしながら、徐々に添加した(〜10分)。すべてのポリカーボネート溶液をアセトンと混合したら、最終混合物をさらに1分間撹拌し、その後、粉末を30分間静置して沈殿させた。アセトンおよびジクロロメタンをデカントし、湿った粉末を、オーブン中、100℃で2時間乾燥した。
Claims (19)
- 非晶質ポリカーボネートをハロゲン化アルカン溶媒に溶解させて溶液を形成するステップと、
D90粒径が150μm未満であり、
平均粒径が100μm以下または10〜100μmであり、かつ
結晶化度が少なくとも20%、または少なくとも25%、または25〜35%である部分的に結晶性のポリカーボネート沈殿物を形成するのに有効な高せん断混合条件下で、前記ハロゲン化アルカン溶媒と混和可能である結晶化非溶媒と前記溶液とを混合するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする部分的に結晶性のポリカーボネート粉末の調製方法。 - 沈殿物から前記ハロゲン化アルカン溶媒および前記結晶化非溶媒を除去するステップと、
任意選択的に、前記沈殿物を乾燥させるステップと、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法 - 前記ハロゲン化アルカン溶媒が、ジクロロメタン、クロロホルムまたは前記の少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせを含む請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記結晶化非溶媒がアセトン、メチルエチルケトン、または前記の少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせである請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記高せん断混合が、2,000〜20,000rpmの速度での混合を含む請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法によって調製された部分的に結晶性のポリカーボネート粉末。
- D90粒径が150μm未満であり;
平均粒径が100μm以下または10〜100μmであり;かつ
結晶化度が少なくとも20%、または少なくとも25%、または25〜35%である部分的に結晶性のポリカーボネート粉末を含むことを特徴とする粉末組成物。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造された部分的に結晶性のポリカーボネート粉末を含む粉末組成物を提供するステップと;
前記粉末組成物を粉末床溶融結合して3次元物品を形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする3次元物品の調製方法。 - D90粒径が150μm未満であり;
平均粒径が100μm以下または10〜100μmであり;かつ
結晶化度が少なくとも20%、または少なくとも25%、または25〜35%である部分的に結晶性のポリカーボネート粉末を含む粉末組成物を提供するステップと;
前記粉末組成物を粉末床溶融結合して3次元物品を形成するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする3次元物品の調製方法。 - 粉末床溶融結合前に、少なくとも1つの添加剤を前記粉末組成物に添加するステップをさらに含み、前記添加剤がフロー剤、トナー、増量剤、充填剤、着色剤、滑剤、防食剤、チキソトロピー剤、分散剤、酸化防止剤、接着加速剤、光安定剤、有機溶媒、界面活性剤、難燃剤、帯電防止剤、可塑剤、または前記の少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせである請求項8乃至9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 0.05%〜5%のフロー剤を前記粉末組成物に添加するステップを含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記フロー剤が、水和シリカ、非晶質アルミナ、ガラス質シリカ、ガラス質ホスフェート、ガラス質ホウ酸塩、ガラス質オキシド、チタニア、タルク、マイカ、ヒュームド・シリカ、カオリン、アタパルジャイト、ケイ酸カルシウム、アルミナ、およびケイ酸マグネシウムまたは前記の少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせを含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 補強剤を前記粉末組成物に添加するステップを含み、好ましくは前記補強剤が、ガラス線維、炭素繊維、ガラスビーズ、滑石、クレイ、珪灰石、または前記の少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせを含む請求項10乃至12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 粉末床溶融結合が選択的レーザー焼結を含む請求項8乃至12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複数の溶融結合した層を含む、請求項8乃至14のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造された3次元物品。
- 少なくとも5層の溶融結合した層を含む請求項15に記載の3次元物品。
- 前記非晶質ポリカーボネートが非ハロゲン系ポリカーボネートホモポリマーまたはポリ(カーボネート−シロキサン)ポリマー、または前記の少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせである請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記部分的に結晶性のポリカーボネート粉末が非ハロゲン系ポリカーボネートホモポリマーまたはポリ(カーボネート−シロキサン)ポリマー、または前記の少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせである請求項7に記載の粉末組成物。
- 前記部分的に結晶性のポリカーボネート粉末が非ハロゲン系ポリカーボネートホモポリマーまたはポリ(カーボネート−シロキサン)ポリマー、または前記の少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせである請求項9乃至15のいずれかの3次元物品の調製方法。
