Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年8月20日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/207,746号の利益を主張し、その全体が参照として本明細書に組み込まれることを教示する。

本発明で使用する場合、用語「脂肪組織」とは、当業者に周知である意味の、用語「脂肪」と同じ意味で用いられる。
本発明の一態様では、針バレルの直径周囲に1〜1000個の孔を有し、脂肪組織及びその他の吸引脂肪組織が針バレルを通過可能である少なくとも1つの針を含む針ハブを具備する、針により脂肪組織の除去を可能にする組織除去装置が提供される。

図2A〜図2Dは、針ハブが可屈曲/可陥凹表面を有して上下撹拌を可能にする1つ又は複数の針(1〜1000個の針)を含む本発明の実施形態、及び本装置の使用方法(実施例2)。いくつかの実施形態では、可屈曲/可陥凹表面は接着性表面であり得る。
a)図2A〜図2Dの装置を患者に取り付ける、
b)浸透流体を挿入し、例えば10分間、しばらくの間待機する、
c)可屈曲表面を複数回加圧することにより撹拌する、また
d)吸引脂肪組織を吸引する。
新規かつ商業的に利用可能な少量(50cc以下)の脂肪組織の採取方法を開発するにあたって、本プロジェクトの成功のために克服しなければならないことに関して、3つの設計が挑戦している。それらは次の通りである。
図9の本発明の装置の実施形態を使用して、密閉性の脂肪組織採取及び洗浄の手順を首尾よく実施した。図10にて示すように、外側注射器1にて一定量の組織(12)を収集して洗浄し、かつ内側注射器5にて廃棄物(13)を収集した。洗浄された脂肪組織12は使用される状態にある。

Claims (21)
- 針バレルの直径周囲に、脂肪組織及びその他の吸引脂肪組織が針バレルを通過可能である1〜1000個の孔を備える、少なくとも1つの針を含む針ハブを具備する、
針により脂肪組織の除去を可能にする装置。 - 前記針ハブは、それぞれが前記針バレルの前記直径周囲に1〜1000個の孔を有し、脂肪組織及びその他の吸引脂肪組織が前記針バレルを通過可能である複数の針を具備する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記針バレルが直径16〜32ゲージである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記針バレルが縦方向で1mm〜200mmである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記針バレルの前記直径周囲に有する前記孔は、前記装置が前記皮下空間内で前方と後方に押し出される時に、吸引脂肪組織の切除及び除去を可能にする形状を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記針バレルの前記直径周囲に有する前記孔は、前記装置が前記皮下空間内で回転する時に、吸引脂肪組織の切除及び除去を可能にする形状を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 所望の深度で皮下脂肪組織の採取を可能にするように、過度の挿入及び不完全な挿入を防止するガイドを更に具備する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドが前記針の穿刺を可能にし、かつ前記針を強制的に脂肪組織の前記皮下層内に留めるように湾曲している、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドは、前記皮膚の前記外側を締め付けることにより前記皮下脂肪層を引き上げて前記針が挿入可能となるようにする機構を更に含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドは、前記皮下脂肪層を引き上げて前記針が挿入可能となるようにする真空機構を更に含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- ブラント套管を更に具備し、前記套管は取り外し可能に針ハブに連結している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ブラント套管を更に具備し、前記套管は取り外し可能に針ハブに連結している、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 各注射器が外側注射器内に含まれた内側注射器を備え、フィルタが前記外側注射器バレル内に取り付けられており、前記フィルタが30マイクロメートルから1000マイクロメートルの間の寸法の網目状の孔を有する、複数の自蔵式注射器を具備し、
前記脂肪組織収集・精製装置が針ハブに取り付けられており、
脂肪吸引された脂肪組織が前記複数の注射器内で収集され精製される、
脂肪組織収集・精製装置。 - 前記外側注射器内に含まれた前記内側注射器が、脂肪吸引された組織からそのバレルへと廃棄物の排出が可能であり、かつ前記外側注射器の前記フィルタ内に含まれる残りの脂肪を再注入する間、前記廃棄物がそのバレル内に残留する、請求項13に記載の脂肪組織収集・精製装置。
- 前記内側注射器のプランジャは、脂肪吸引廃棄物がそのバレルへと通過するのを可能にするが、前記脂肪吸引廃棄物が前記外側注射器の前記バレルに再入するのを許容しない、逆止め弁を含む、請求項13に記載の脂肪組織収集・精製装置。
- 前記フィルタが脂肪組織を含むことができるが、同様にコラプス型であり、従って、前記脂肪が前記フィルタから出て前記外側注射器の外へと押し出されるのを可能にする、請求項13に記載の脂肪組織収集・精製装置。
- 前記外側注射器内に含まれた前記内側注射器が、脂肪吸引された組織から独立した廃棄物分離チャンバへと前記廃棄物の排出が可能である、請求項13に記載の脂肪組織収集・精製装置。
- 前記フィルタが、濾過の第一段階で1000マイクロメートルまでのフィルタを使用する、複数のフィルタを具備する多段フィルタである、請求項13に記載の脂肪組織収集・精製装置。
- 脂肪組織の除去部材、収集・精製部材、並びに移植部材を具備する、密閉性の脂肪組織採取、精製、及び移植用のシステムであって、
前記脂肪組織の除去部材が、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組織除去装置を具備し、かつ
前記収集・精製部材が、請求項13〜18のいずれか一項に記載の脂肪組織収集・精製装置を具備する、システム。 - a)前記針バレルの前記直径周囲に1〜1000個の孔を有し、脂肪組織及びその他の吸引脂肪組織が前記針バレルを通過可能である、少なくとも1つの針を含む針ハブを具備する組織除去装置を使用して、被験者から組織を取り除くこと、
b)前記各注射器が外側注射器内に含まれた内側注射器を備え、また、フィルタが前記外側注射器バレル内に取り付けられており、前記フィルタが30マイクロメートルから1000マイクロメートルの間の寸法の網目状の孔を有する、複数の自蔵式注射器を具備する脂肪組織収集・精製装置を使用して、組織を収集・精製することであって、
前記脂肪組織収集・精製装置が針ハブに取り付けられており、かつ
脂肪吸引された脂肪組織が複数の注射器内で収集され精製される、組織を収集・精製すること、又は
c)脂肪組織の除去部材、収集・精製部材、並びに移植部材を具備するシステムを使用して、脂肪を採取、精製、及び移植することであって、
前記脂肪組織の除去部材が、工程a)に記載の通りの組織除去装置を具備し、また
前記収集・精製部材が、工程b)に記載の通りの脂肪組織収集・精製装置を具備する、脂肪を採取、精製、及び移植すること、を含む方法。 - 生物医学的適用又は美容的適用である、請求項20に記載の方法。
