Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脂肪組織中の生存内皮細胞の増加した集団を保存するように脂肪組織を収 集する方法であって、該方法は以下の工程を包含する: 組織を貫通する遠位先端部および対向する近位端部を有する細長い管状カニュ ーレ、該カニューレ中に伸びる管腔、および該遠位先端部に隣接する、該カニュ ーレ上の該管腔から外側に向かって広がる開孔部を有する細長い管状のカニュー レを提供する工程であって、該開孔部が該カニューレの長さに沿った方向に細長 く、そして該開孔部の対向する遠位端部および近位端部並びに該開孔部の対向す る側縁部のそれぞれが組織切断縁部表面を有し; 該カニューレを、該開孔部が脂肪組織に通じるように患者に部分的に挿入する 工程; 該管腔に周囲圧力以下の選択的に制御されたレベルの圧力を付与する工程; 該周囲圧力以下の圧力を用いて該開孔部を通じて該管腔に該脂肪組織の一部分 を引く工程; 該カニューレの動きを用いて該縁部表面で切断することにより該患者から該脂 肪組織の一部分を取り出す工程;および 該周囲圧力以下の圧力を用いて該管腔から収集チャンバー中に該脂肪組織の一 部分を取り出す工程。 2.シリンジを用いて、前記管腔に前記周囲圧力以下の選択的に制御されたレ ベルの圧力を手動で付与し、そして前記収集チャンバーを規定する工程をさらに 包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記脂肪組織の一部分を、前記シリンジからそしてフィルター部材を通じ て放出する工程をさらに包含する、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記フィルター部材を構成し、複数のフィルター開孔部を規定する工程を さらに包含する、請求項3に記載の方法。 5.前記複数のフィルター開孔部のそれぞれを実質的に1.0mmのサイズで提供 する工程をさらに包含する、請求項4に記載の方法。 6.前記脂肪組織の一部分を前記フィルター部材から第2のシリンジに受け入 れる工程をさらに包含する、請求項3に記載の方法。 7.前記カニューレの前記遠位先端部に隣接し、そしてその回りに周辺方向に 間隔をおいて配置される、複数の実質的に類似する開孔部を提供する工程をさら に包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.前記カニューレを、前記遠位先端部に隣接する3つの実質的に類似の開孔 部を有して構成する工程をさらに包含する、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記開孔部を、その幅の約3倍の長さに細長いように構成する工程をさら に包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.脂肪組織中の結合組織のマトリックスから生存内皮細胞の増加した集団 を遊離させるように脂肪組織を迅速および容易にホモゲナイズする方法であって 、該方法は以下の工程を包含する: 微小血管内皮細胞を含み、そして結合組織マトリックスを有する脂肪組織の試 料を提供し、該脂肪組織を可変容量の収集容器に配置し、該収集容器に開口部を 規定する入口ポートを提供する工程; 複数のフィルター開孔部を規定するフィルター部材を該入口ポートに隣接して 配置しそして実質的に該入口ポートの該開口部を横に切開し、該フィルター開孔 部のそれぞれに少なくとも1つの組織切断縁部表面を提供する工程;および 該収集容器内の脂肪組織の該試料に圧力を付与し、該入口ポートの該開口部、 および該少なくとも1つの組織切断縁部表面を利用して該内皮細胞を遊離させる ように結合組織マトリックスを破壊する該複数のフィルター開孔部を通じて該組 織を放出する工程。 11.前記フィルター部材から可変容量の受け入れ容器中に前記脂肪組織の一 部分を受け入れる工程をさらに包含する、請求項10に記載の方法。 12.シリンジアセンブリを用いて前記圧力を前記脂肪組織に付与しそして前 記収集容器および前記受け入れ容器を規定する工程をさらに包含する、請求項1 1に記載の方法。 13.前記フィルター開孔部のそれぞれを、実質的に約0.2mmと約3mmとの間 のサイズで提供する工程をさらに包含する、請求項10に記載の方法。 14.前記複数の開孔部のそれぞれを、実質的に1.0mmのサイズで提供する工 程をさらに包含する、請求項4に記載の方法。 15.脂肪組織中の生存内皮細胞の増加した集団を保存するように脂肪組織を 収集する方法であって、該方法は以下の工程を包含する: 結合組織マトリックスを有しそして微小血管内皮細胞を含む所定濃度の脂肪組 織の位置を患者の体内で定める工程; 細長い管状のカニューレを該濃度の脂肪組織に向ける工程であって、該カニュ ーレは遠位貫通先端部および対向する近位端部、該カニューレ中を伸びる管腔、 および該遠位先端部に隣接する該カニューレ上を該管腔から外側に広がる開孔部 を有し、該開孔部が該カニューレの長さに沿った方向に細長く、そして該開孔部 の対向する遠位端部および近位端部、および該開孔部の対向する側面縁部のそれ ぞれが組織切断縁部表面を有し、該カニューレの近位端部で該管腔を可変容量容 器と液体導通関係で配置する工程; 該濃度の脂肪組織の一部分を、選択的に制御された周囲圧力以下の圧力を付与 することにより、該開孔部を通じそして該管腔中に吸引する工程; 該脂肪組織の該一部分を、該開孔部の該切断縁部表面が該結合組織マトリック スを破壊するように該カニューレを相対的に移動することにより、患者の体との 結合から分離する工程;および 該脂肪組織の該分離された一部分を、該管腔を通じてそして該可変容量容器中 に、該付与された周囲圧力以下の圧力を用いて吸い上げる工程。 16.シリンジを用いて手動で前記選択的に制御されたレベルの周囲圧力以下 の圧力を前記管腔に付与し、そして前記可変容量チャンバーを規定する工程をさ らに包含する、請求項15に記載の方法。 17.前記吸い上げられた脂肪組織を、前記シリンジからそして複数のフィル ター開孔部を規定するフィルター部材を通じて放出する工程をさらに包含する、 請求項16に記載の方法。 18.前記フィルター開孔部のそれぞれを、実質的に約0.2mmと約3mmとの間 のサイズで提供する工程をさらに包含する、請求項17に記載の方法。 19.前記カニューレの前記遠位先端部に隣接し、そしてそのまわりに周辺方 向に間隔をおいて配置される複数の実質的に類似の開孔部を提供する工程をさら に包含する、請求項15に記載の方法。 20.前記遠位先端部に隣接する3つの実質的に類似の開孔部で前記カニュー レを構成する工程をさらに包含する、請求項19に記載の方法。
