Claims (10)
- コア(2)と、このコア(2)の回りに配置されているアウターワイヤ(3')とを有するハイブリッドより線(1)において、
アウターワイヤ(3')の少なくとも一部が圧縮され、圧縮されたアウターワイヤが扁平化された横断面形状を有し、アウターワイヤ(3')がスチールからなり、かつコア(2)がファイバーコアである、ことを特徴とするハイブリッドより線。 - 圧縮されたアウターワイヤ(3')が、ほぼ台形状もしくは円セグメント形状の横断面を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッドより線。
- 圧縮されたアウターワイヤ(3')が、互いに側方において、好ましくは平面的に、接触している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッドより線。
- 第1の圧縮されたアウターワイヤ(3')の側方の扁平化された領域が、隣接する圧縮されたアウターワイヤ(3')の側方の扁平化された領域に、間隔をもって対向している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッドより線。
- 対向する扁平化された領域の間の間隔が、少なくとも部分的に、実質的に一定である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッドより線。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複数のハイブリッドより線(1)を有するケーブル(5;10)。
- ツイストフリーの形状の、請求項6に記載のケーブル(10)。
- ハイブリッドより線(1)を形成する方法であって、アウターワイヤ(3)がコア(2)、特にファイバーコア、の回りに配置されて圧縮され、かつ、アウターワイヤ(3)はまだ圧縮されない状態において少なくともほぼ接触を有し、圧縮の間に側方の接触領域内で、好ましくは平面的に、互いに接触し、かつアウターワイヤ(3')の少なくとも一部が圧縮後に、接触領域内で扁平化された横断面形状を有する、ハイブリッドより線を形成する方法。
- アウターワイヤ(3)が、圧縮の間に丸屋根状に互いに支持しあう、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- コア(2)としてファイバーコアが使用され、及び/又は、アウターワイヤ(3;3')としてスチールワイヤが使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
