Claims (21)

- 前記貫通部材が少なくとも1つの前端を有する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの翼状構造が、前記少なくとも1つの前端と一列に並んでいる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングの遠位領域の外面から延在する保持構造をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 乾燥粉末吸入器であり、前記吸入器のハウジングの少なくとも一部に配置された請求項1の装置を備える、前記乾燥粉末吸入器。
- 前記近位端開口部に接続した中空マウスピースをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ハウジングと、
密封容器内の乾燥粉末にアクセスする貫通部品であって、近位端開口部、少なくとも1つの遠位端開口部及び前記貫通部品の遠位面から延在する少なくとも1つの翼状部を有する前記貫通部品と、
マウスピースとを備える乾燥粉末吸入器であって、
前記マウスピースが前記貫通部品の前記近位端開口部に接続され、前記貫通部品の前記遠位端の前記少なくとも一部が前記吸入器のハウジング内に配置されている、前記乾燥粉末吸入器。 - 前記貫通部品が、前記部品の前記遠位端に貫通部材を備える、請求項13に記載の吸入器。
- 前記貫通部材が少なくとも1つの前端を備える、請求項14に記載の吸入器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの翼状部が前記少なくとも1つの前縁と一列に並んでいる、請求項15に記載の吸入器。
- 前記貫通部品の遠位領域の外面から延在する保持構造をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の吸入器。
- 前記保持構造が前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部の近位に配置される、請求項17に記載の吸入器。
- 前記保持構造が、前記貫通部品の周囲に実質的に回り込むリングである、請求項17に記載の吸入器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの翼状部が、少なくとも1つの曲面領域を含む、請求項13に記載の吸入器。
- 密封容器から対象者の気道に乾燥粉末を送達する方法であって、
前記中空装置の前記遠位端を用いて乾燥粉末を含有する収納室のハウジングを貫通することであって、前記装置が、少なくとも1つの近位開口部、少なくとも1つの遠位開口部及び前記中空装置の前記遠位端近傍の少なくとも1つの翼状部を包含する、貫通することと、
前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部のうち少なくとも1つを前記収納室の内部に進入させることと、
前記少なくとも1つの翼状部の少なくとも一部を乾燥粉末を含む前記収納室の内部に進入させて、前記収納室のハウジングに少なくとも1つの拡開開口部を形成することと、
吸入を介して前記中空装置の前記近位開口部から対象者の吸い込んだ息によって、前記中空装置内に陰圧を発生させることと、
気流を生成することであって、前記気流が、前記少なくとも1つの拡開開口部を通して前記収納室に入り、前記収納室内の前記乾燥粉末の少なくとも一部を前記空流中に舞い上げ、前記収納室内に進入した前記装置の前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部を通り抜けて、それにより、前記気流中の前記乾燥粉末が、前記行われた吸入を介して対象者の気道内に送達されることを目的として、前記装置の前記中空領域を通って移動する、生成することとを備える方法。
