Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年6月9日付韓国特許出願第10-2015-0081453号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されている全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は、未反応のエチレンを含むエチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを容易に回収するための分離方法及び分離工程システムに関する。
図3に示したところのような工程システムを設計した。エチレンを38.5wt%含むエチレンオリゴマー化反応物を、供給ライン10を介して熱交換器11に移送させ、冷却水を利用して冷却させた後、冷却された反応物を移送ライン20を介し断熱フラッシングカラム100に移送させてフラッシングした。このとき、冷却前のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物は60℃、60barに設定し、冷却は、冷却後のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物が40℃、60barになることができる条件で設定した。前記フラッシングは、10barに圧力を低めて-5℃の温度を有する第1上部分画及び第1下部分画を得ることができる条件に設定した。蒸留塔の工程圧力は10barに固定し、排出される第2上部分画が18℃の温度を有することができるように設定した。18℃の温度で排出された第2上部分画は、前記第1下部分画との熱交換を介して8℃に凝縮され、前記第1下部分画は熱交換の後0℃の上昇された温度を示した。これを介し、第1下部分画が冷媒剤を完全に代替することができることを確認した。
図2に示したところのような工程システムを介してシミュレーションを実施したことを除き、前記実施例と同一の条件を設定して工程を行った。前記実施例と同一のフラッシング条件で行った結果、第1上部分画及び第1下部分画の温度は15℃を有することになり、よって、第2上部分画を10℃以下に凝縮させることができなかった。したがって、別途の単価の高い冷媒剤を必須に用いなければならず、これに伴って別途の冷却施設を要する。

Claims (24)
2)前記冷却された反応物をフラッシングして第1上部分画と第1下部分画に分離する工程;
3)前記第1下部分画を蒸留塔に導入させて塔頂から第2上部分画を回収し、塔底から第2下部分画を回収する工程;及び
4)回収された第2上部分画を凝縮させる工程を含み、
前記凝縮は、第1下部分画の少なくとも一部と第2上部分画を熱交換させて行うことである、エチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離方法。
前記第3上部分画及び第3下部分画は、それぞれ前記第1上部分画及び第1下部分画より相対的に高い圧力状態のものである請求項1に記載のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離方法。
前記エチレンオリゴマー化反応は、エチレン三量体化反応またはエチレン四量体化反応である請求項1に記載のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離方法。
前記供給部と連結され、前記反応物を冷却させる冷却部;
前記冷却部と連結され、冷却された反応物からエチレンを分離するための処理部を含み、
前記処理部は、
少なくとも一つのフラッシングカラムが配置されているフラッシング部;
蒸留塔、凝縮器及び再沸器を含む回収部;及び
前記フラッシング部と回収部を循環する循環ラインを含む
エチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離工程システム。
前記冷却部は、前記フラッシング部へ冷却された反応物を移送させる移送ラインを含む
請求項18に記載のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離工程システム。
前記第1フラッシングカラムは、第1上部分画を循環させる第1塔頂排出ラインと、第1下部分画を処理部へ移送させる第1塔底排出ラインとを含み、
前記循環ラインは、前記第1塔底排出ラインから前記凝縮器まで連結され、前記第1下部分画の少なくとも一部を循環させる
請求項18に記載のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離工程システム。
前記第2フラッシングカラムは、第3上部分画を循環させる第3塔頂排出ラインと、第3下部分画を前記第1フラッシングカラムへ移送させる第3塔底排出ラインとを含み、
前記第1フラッシングカラムは、第1上部分画を循環させる第1塔頂排出ラインと、第1下部分画を前記処理部へ移送させる第1塔底排出ラインとを含み、
前記循環ラインは、前記第1塔底排出ラインから前記凝縮器まで連結され、前記第1下部分画の少なくとも一部を循環させる
請求項18に記載のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離工程システム。
前記第2塔頂排出ラインは、前記凝縮器と連結され、
前記第2塔底排出ラインは、前記再沸器と連結され、
前記凝縮器は、前記循環ラインを介して循環された前記下部分画の少なくとも一部と、前記第2塔頂排出ラインを介して回収された前記第2上部分画との間の熱交換を行う
請求項18に記載のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離工程システム。
前記再沸器は、少なくとも一部の前記第2下部分画を前記蒸留塔の下部へ再導入させる第2還流ラインと連結される
請求項22に記載のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離工程システム。
前記第2還流ラインは、前記再沸器及び前記蒸留塔と順次連結される
請求項23に記載のエチレンオリゴマー化反応物からエチレンを回収するための分離工程システム。
