Description
− 液体移送回路は、液体容器と、液体タンクからソース貯蔵部に液体を移送するように適合されたポンプとを含み、
− 液体移送回路は出口パイプを含み、出口パイプは、弁のシステムを含み、および一方ではソース貯蔵部に接続され、かつ他方では液体容器に接続されて、液体と、適用可能な場合にはガスとを貯蔵部から液体容器へ排出し、
− 出口パイプは、液体容器とソース貯蔵部との間の特定の圧力差を維持するための通気システムを形成するように構成された少なくとも1つの弁、特に圧力調整器を含み、
− シール壁は、ソース貯蔵部内に、両端値を含む0.08〜0.6m3、好ましくは両端値を含む0.08m3〜0.30m3(特に、両端値を含む75リットル〜300リットル)の燃料ガス用の貯蔵空間を画定し、
− 液体移送回路によって移送される液体は、水、不凍化合物が添加された水、油(特に鉱油またはシリコーン油)の少なくとも1つであり、

− ステーションは、それぞれの弁のシステムを介してガス移送回路の上流側の第1の端部に並列に接続された複数の燃料ガスソース貯蔵部を含み、ソース貯蔵部は、それぞれ、剛性外壁と、剛性外壁によって画定された空間の内側に配置された可撓性シール壁とを含み、各貯蔵部のシール壁は、ガス移送回路の第1の端部に接続された燃料ガス貯蔵空間を画定し、ソース貯蔵部のそれぞれの可撓性壁と外壁との間に位置する空間は、液体をソース貯蔵部に移送するための回路に接続されて、貯蔵部のシール壁の内側でガスを充填および/または抽出するときに、貯蔵部において液体を充填または抽出し、かつ貯蔵部内の圧力を制御し、
− ステーションは、液体容器と、液体容器(6)から特定の流速で貯蔵部に液体を移送することを可能にする液体移送回路に接続されたポンプとを含み、
− ガス移送回路は、タンクに移送されるガスを選択的に冷却するための熱交換器を含み、
− コンプレッサは、タンクの直接充填を可能にするために、少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部を通過することなくガス移送回路および特に前記回路の第2の端部に接続され、
− 少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部は、垂直に配置され、およびガス移送回路の第1の端部を、可撓性エンペロープによって画定された空間に接続するオリフィスを底部に含み、かつ可撓性壁と外壁との間に位置する容積を液体移送回路に接続するオリフィスを頂部に含み、
− 液体容器は、特定の閾値を超える圧力のために脱ガス用の通気口を含む。
− 本方法は、少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部からタンクにガスを移送するステップを含み、このガスの移送と同時に、前記ソース貯蔵部内の圧力降下を制限または防止するために少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部に液体が注入され、
− 本方法は、加圧燃料ガス源からのガスの移送によって少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部を充填するステップを含み、このガスの移送と同時に、前記ソース貯蔵部内の圧力上昇を制限または防止するために少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部内の液体が抽出され、
− 少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部は、両端値を含む200〜1000バール、好ましくは両端値を含む300〜900バールの圧力で燃料ガスを収容する。
Claims (15)
- 加圧燃料ガス、特に水素をタンク(7)に充填するためのステーション(1)であって、少なくとも1つの燃料ガスソース貯蔵部(3)と、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)に接続された上流側の第1の端部および充填される前記タンク(7)と流体連通するように意図された下流側の第2の端部を有するガス移送回路(8)とを含み、前記ガス移送回路(8)が、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)から前記タンクへのガスの移送を制御するための少なくとも1つの弁(9、10)を含み、その前記少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部(3)が、剛性外壁と、前記剛性外壁によって画定された空間の内側に配置される可撓性シール壁(2)とを含み、前記可撓性壁(2)が前記燃料ガス用の貯蔵空間を画定し、前記回路(8)の前記上流側の第1の端部が、前記可撓性壁(2)によって画定された前記貯蔵空間に接続され、前記可撓性壁(2)と前記外壁との間に位置する前記空間が、液体を前記ソース貯蔵部(3)に移送するための回路(12、13)に接続されて、それにより、前記シール壁(2)の内側で燃料ガスを充填および/または抽出するときに、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)において前記液体を充填または抽出し、かつ前記貯蔵部(3)内の圧力を制御する、ステーション(1)において、前記ガス移送回路(8)が、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)に収容された前記液体に由来するあらゆる汚染物質、特に化学種を、前記タンク(7)に移送される前記ガスから取り除くための吸着剤(16)またはセパレータを含むことを特徴とするステーション(1)。
- 前記液体移送回路(12、13)が、液体容器(6)と、前記液体タンク(6)から前記ソース貯蔵部(3)に液体を移送するように適合されたポンプ(11)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステーション。
- 前記液体移送回路(12、13)が出口パイプ(12)を含み、前記出口パイプ(12)が、弁(14、15)のシステムを含み、および一方では前記ソース貯蔵部(3)に接続され、かつ他方では前記液体容器(6)に接続されて、液体と、適用可能な場合にはガスとを前記貯蔵部(3)から前記液体容器(6)へ排出することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のステーション。
- 前記出口パイプ(12)が、前記液体容器(6)と前記ソース貯蔵部(3)との間の特定の圧力差を維持するための通気システムを形成する少なくとも1つの弁(14、15)、特に圧力調整器(15)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のステーション。
- 前記液体移送回路(12、13)が、前記液体を前記液体容器(6)から前記貯蔵部(3)へ移送するためのポンプ(11)を設けられた第1のパイプ(13)と、前記出口パイプ(12)からなる第2のパイプとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のステーション。
- 前記出口パイプ(12)が、圧力調整器または圧力リリーフ弁と直列の第1の弁(14)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のステーション。
- 前記シール壁(2)が、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)内に、両端値を含む0.08〜0.6m3、好ましくは両端値を含む0.08m3〜0.30m3の燃料ガス用の貯蔵空間を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のステーション。
- 前記液体移送回路(12、13)によって移送される前記液体が、水、不凍化合物が添加された水、油(特に鉱油またはシリコーン油)の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のステーション。
- 前記ガス移送回路(8)、特に前記ソース貯蔵部(3)に接続されたコンプレッサ(18)またはそれぞれ蒸発器に関連付けられたポンプを含み、前記コンプレッサ(18)に接続された燃料ガス源(170)または液化燃料ガス源からのガスによる前記ソース貯蔵部(3)の前記充填を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のステーション。
- それぞれの弁(9)のシステムを介して前記ガス移送回路(8)の前記上流側の第1の端部に並列に接続された複数の燃料ガスソース貯蔵部(3)を含み、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)が、それぞれ、剛性外壁と、前記剛性外壁によって画定された空間の内側に配置された可撓性シール壁(2)とを含み、各貯蔵部(3)の前記シール壁(2)が、前記ガス移送回路(8)の前記第1の端部に接続された燃料ガス貯蔵空間を画定し、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)のそれぞれの前記可撓性壁(2)と前記外壁との間に位置する前記空間が、液体を前記ソース貯蔵部(3)に移送するための回路(12、13)に接続されて、前記貯蔵部(3)の前記シール壁(2)の内側でガスを充填および/または抽出するときに、前記貯蔵部(3)において液体を充填または抽出し、かつ前記貯蔵部(3)内の圧力を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のステーション。
- 少なくとも1つの燃料ガスソース貯蔵部(3)と、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)に接続された上流側の第1の端部および充填されるタンク(7)と流体連通する第2の端部を有するガス移送回路(8)とを含む充填ステーションにより、加圧燃料ガス、特に水素を前記タンク(7)に充填する方法であって、前記ガス移送回路(8)が、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)から前記タンク(7)へのガスの移送を制御するための少なくとも1つの弁(9、10)を含み、その前記少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部(3)が、剛性外壁と、前記剛性外壁によって画定された空間の内側に配置される可撓性シール壁(2)とを含み、前記シール壁(2)が、燃料ガス用の貯蔵空間を画定し、前記回路(8)の前記上流側の第1の端部が、前記可撓性壁(2)によって画定された前記貯蔵空間に接続され、前記可撓性壁(2)と前記外壁との間に位置する前記空間が、前記貯蔵部(3)において液体を充填または抽出するために前記ソース貯蔵部(3)内の液体を移送するための回路(12、13)に接続され、前記方法が、前記少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部(3)における液体の同時注入または除去により、前記シール壁(2)の内側で燃料ガスを充填および/または抽出するときに前記貯蔵部(3)内の圧力を監視するステップを含む、方法において、前記ガス移送回路(8)が、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)に収容された前記液体に由来する特に化学種のあらゆる汚染物質を、前記タンク(7)に移送される前記ガスから取り除くための吸着剤(16)またはセパレータを含むことと、前記少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部(3)が、両端値を含む200〜1000バール、好ましくは両端値を含む300〜900バールの圧力で燃料ガスを収容することとを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部(3)から前記タンク(7)にガスを移送するステップを含むことと、前記ガスの移送と同時に、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)内の圧力降下を制限または防止するために前記少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部(3)に液体が注入されることとを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 加圧燃料ガス源(11)からのガスの移送によって少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部(3)を充填するステップを含むことと、前記ガスの移送と同時に、前記ソース貯蔵部(3)内の圧力上昇を制限または防止するために前記少なくとも1つのソース貯蔵部(3)内の液体が抽出されることとを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性壁を通過して前記液体中に移動した透過ガスを収集するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステーションがコンプレッサ(18)を含むことと、前記収集された透過ガスが前記コンプレッサ(18)の入口(吸引部)に少なくとも部分的に注入されることとを特徴とする、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
