Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 液体から通気膜を保護するためのシステムであって、
前記システムは:
内部容積及び開口を有する容器と;
前記容器の前記開口に着座するように適合された取付具であって、中心開口及び外周部を有する取付具と;
前記取付具と関連付けられ、前記通気膜を含む通気口と;
前記取付具の前記中心開口から前記容器の前記内部容積まで延在する細長い浸漬管と;
前記取付具に隣接して前記容器の前記内部容積内に配置され、前記容器の通気を可能にしつつ、液体が前記通気膜に接触することを阻止するスプラッシュガードと、を備える、システム。 - 前記スプラッシュガードが、
(a)平らな下面の反対側の上面であって、前記取付具に近接する上面と、
(b)前記上面から前記下面まで延在する孔であって、前記細長い浸漬管に接続するように適合された孔と、
(c)前記取付具の前記外周部の輪郭に実質的に合わせられた外周部と、を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記スプラッシュガードの前記上面は、前記孔から前記外周部に向かって下向きに傾斜している、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記スプラッシュガードが、
前記上面と関連付けられ、前記孔から前記外周部まで放射状に延在する複数の隆起部を更に備え、前記複数の隆起部のそれぞれが、上面及び対向側面を有し、
前記複数の隆起部が、前記スプラッシュガードの前記上面と前記フィラメントとの間に分離を生じさせ、空気が前記通気膜を通って逃げることを可能にするように適合される、請求項2または3に記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の隆起部のそれぞれの前記上面が、実質的に平らであり、かつ互いに平らである、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記スプラッシュガードが、円錐台である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記スプラッシュガードの前記外周部が、前記取付具の前記外周部よりも小さい、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記スプラッシュガード及び前記取付具が、前記浸漬管の一部分によって分離されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記取付具と関連付けられ、前記浸漬管の中に延在するかかり(barb)であって、前記浸漬管の一部分との摩擦による嵌合を生じさせるかかりを更に備え、
前記スプラッシュガードが、前記浸漬管の前記一部分に固定される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記スプラッシュガードが、前記取付具と前記浸漬管の前記一部分との間で前記かかりに固定される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 液体から通気膜を保護するためのシステムであって、
前記システムは:
通気口及び前記通気膜を有する取付具と;
前記取付具に接続され、前記取付具から延在する細長い浸漬管であって、前記液体を容器から前記取付具まで移すように適合された浸漬管と;
前記細長い浸漬管の少なくとも一部分を取り囲み、気体の通路を可能にしつつ、液体が前記通気膜に接触することを阻止するスプラッシュガードと、を備える、システム。 - 前記スプラッシュガードが、
(a)第1の外周部、底面、中間面、及び前記底面と前記中間面との間に画定された厚さを有する下部部分と;
(b)前記第1の外周部よりも小さい第2の外周部、上面、及び前記中間面と前記上面との間に画定された厚さを有する上部部分と、を備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の外周部が、前記取付具の外周部の輪郭に合わせられた、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記上部部分及び前記下部部分が、同軸円筒である、請求項12または13に記載のシステム。
- 前記底面、前記中間面、及び前記上面が、平ら、かつ平行である、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の外周部が、前記取付具の前記外周部よりも小さい、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記取付具と前記浸漬管の一部分の内周との間に摩擦嵌合を生じるように適合されたかかりを更に備え、
前記スプラッシュガードが、前記浸漬管の前記一部分の外周に固定される、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 液体から通気膜を保護するための方法であって、
前記方法は:
第1の端部、第2の端部、内周、及び外周を有する細長い管を提供する工程と;
前記細長い管と関連付けられた中心開口を有する取付具を前記細長い管の前記第1の端部に接続する工程と;
前記細長い管の前記外周との摩擦嵌合を生じるように適合された孔を有するスプラッシュガードを前記細長い管の前記外周に装着する工程と;
前記細長い管の前記第2の端部を容器の中に供給する工程と;
前記容器上の開口の中に前記取付具を装着する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記細長い管の前記外周に沿って所望の位置まで前記スプラッシュガードを摺動させる工程を更に含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記スプラッシュガードを前記細長い管上で配向させる工程を更に含み、前記スプラッシュガードの前記孔から放射状に延在する複数の隆起部が、前記取付具に近接する、請求項19に記載の方法。
