Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 外面を有する少なくとも1つの雄本体(1)と、
前記外面と結合される内面を有し、前記内面及び前記外面が少なくとも部分的に軸方向に摺動可能であり、前記内面と前記外面との間に隙間が形成されている、少なくとも1つの雌本体(2)と、
樹脂を収容する少なくとも1つのチャンバ(3)であって、前記雄本体(1)又は前記雌本体(2)によって少なくとも部分的に画定され、前記本体(1,2)の少なくとも1つの動作構成の前記隙間と連通するチャンバ(3)と、
を備え、
前記隙間を介して前記チャンバに収容された樹脂が漏出可能であり、前記樹脂の漏出を防止するために前記隙間に配置された少なくとも1つのシールリング(4)を備える、シールシステム。 - 前記シールリング(4)は、平坦で互いに平行な2つの側面を有する開放弾性リングである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シールリング(4)は、前記雄本体(1)又は前記雌本体(2)上で得られるシートに収容される、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記内面及び前記外面が、互いに同軸の円筒面である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シールリング(4)は、ステンレス鋼又は硬化鋼を含む鋼、又は、前記チャンバ(3)に収容される樹脂よりも高い圧力及び温度に対する耐性を有する樹脂で作成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記チャンバ(3)は、押出通路(7)と押出出口(8)を備え、
前記雌本体(2)は、剪断要素を備え、前記剪断要素が前記出口から流出する樹脂用量を分離して閉鎖する少なくとも1つの第1の位置と、前記出口を開放し、前記樹脂が流出することを可能にする第2の位置との間で往復運動可能である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記雄本体(1)及び前記雌本体(2)は、樹脂を圧縮するための圧縮金型の第1の半型(5)の2つの部分であり、前記チャンバ(3)は前記金型の成形キャビティを備える、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 第2の外面を有する少なくとも1つの第2の雄本体(1)と、
前記第2の外面と対となった第2の内面を有し、前記第2の内面及び外面が少なくとも部分的に軸方向に摺動可能であり、前記第2の内面と前記第2の外面との間に第2の隙間を備え、前記チャンバ(3)が、前記第2の雄本体(1)又は前記第2の雌本体(2)によって少なくとも部分的に囲まれており、前記第2の雄本体及び雌本体(1,2)の少なくとも1つの動作構成で、前記第2の隙間と連通する少なくとも1つの雌本体と、
前記第2の隙間に配置されて前記樹脂の漏出を防止する少なくとも1つの第2のシールリングと、
を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記第2の雄本体(1)と前記第2の雌本体(2)は、前記金型の第2の半型(6)の2つの部分であり、前記成形キャビティは前記半型(5,6)の間に画定されている、請求項7又は8に記載のシステム。
- 前記内面と前記外面は、少なくとも部分的に円周方向に互いに摺動可能である、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記雄本体(1)は、樹脂用のピストンポンプ(11)のピストン(10)の少なくとも一部を備え、前記雌本体(2)は、前記ピストンポンプ(11)のシリンダ(12)の少なくとも一部を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 溶融又はペースト状で樹脂を処理するための装置であって、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のシールシステムを備える装置。
- 樹脂を分配するための押出機を備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 樹脂の1用量(S)を圧縮成形するための金型を備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 樹脂用のピストンポンプ(11)を備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
