- 前記ポリチオール架橋剤が、エチレングリコールビス(3−メルカプトプロピオネート)(EGBMP)、ジペンタエリトリトールヘキサキス(3−メルカプトプロピオネート)(DPHMP)、トリメチロールプロパントリス(3−メルカプトプロピオネート)(TMPTMP)、トリス[2−(3−メルカプトプロピオニルオキシ)エチル]イソシアヌレート(3TI)およびペンタエリトリトールテトラキス(3−メルカプトプロピオネート)(PETMP)ならびにこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。

前記ポリオールモノマーとジイソシアネートモノマーとの重合を開始して、熱可塑性ポリマーを生成するステップ;
前記ポリマーならびにポリチオール架橋剤および開始剤ドーパントをブレンドするステップ;
光および熱のうちの少なくとも1つを用いて前記ポリマーの架橋を開始し、架橋ポリマーを生成するステップ;および
前記架橋ポリマーを硬化して、熱硬化性ポリマーを生成するステップ
を含む、ポリウレタン形状記憶ポリマー組成物の製造方法。 - 凍結乾燥、高逆相エマルション発泡、物理的発泡、固体または液体の細孔形成剤を利用する細孔テンプレート化、溶液紡糸、ステレオリソグラフィによるパターン形成、マイクロ押出またはインクペン印刷、3Dマイクロドットベースの印刷、レーザ加工、エレクトロスピニング、クリオゲル化および超臨界ガス発泡を含む群からの1つまたは複数のプロセスにより、前記熱硬化性ポリマーを多孔質構造に加工することを含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ドーパントが、光活性化されたもの、および熱的に開始されたもののうちの少なくとも1つであり、前記ブレンドしたポリマーにUV光を照射するか、または加熱して、前記架橋ポリマーを生成することを含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 溶液流延、溶液紡糸、ディップコーティング、熱成形、圧縮成形、射出成形、押出およびフィルムブローイングからなる群から選択される方法を用いて前記熱可塑性ポリマーを加工することを含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- ポリ(チオエーテル−コ−ウレタン)およびポリ(チオエーテル−コ−エステル)のうちの少なくとも1つを含むチオール−エン架橋熱硬化性形状記憶ポリマー(SMP);
を含み、
前記SMPが、近位部分、遠位部分、および前記近位部分を前記遠位部分に結合する中位部分を含み;
前記SMPが、前記近位、中位および遠位部分に均一に分布した第1の添加剤を含む
装置。 - 前記第1の添加剤が、光開始剤および熱開始剤のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記SMPが、前記近位、中位および遠位部分に均一に分布した第2の添加剤を含み、かつ前記第2の添加剤が、レーザ吸収色素、レーザ吸収粒子、光拡散粒子、放射線不透過粒子、タンパク質および治療薬のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の添加剤が、前記近位部分に第1の濃度で、前記中位部分に第2の濃度で、および前記遠位部分に第3の濃度で均一に存在し;ならびに
前記第1、第2および第3の濃度が概して互いに等しい請求項15に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の添加剤が、レーザ吸収色素、レーザ吸収粒子および光拡散粒子のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記SMPが、前記ポリ(チオエーテル−コ−ウレタン)を含むが、前記ポリ(チオエーテル−コ−エステル)は含まない請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記SMPが、前記ポリ(チオエーテル−コ−エステル)を含むが、前記ポリ(チオエーテル−コ−ウレタン)は含まない請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記SMPが、前記ポリ(チオエーテル−コ−ウレタン)および前記ポリ(チオエーテル−コ−エステル)を含む請求項14に記載の装置。
