Claims (10)
- 反射型偏光子を備えるビームスプリッタであって、前記反射型偏光子が、第1の矩形基準空間の対角線を画定するように斜めに配置される、ビームスプリッタと、
前記反射型偏光子に近接して配置された光源であって、入力光ビームを前記反射型偏光子に向けて放出するように構成された光源と、
前記入力光ビームから得られた出力照射ビームを受け取るように配置された空間光変調器であって、前記出力照射ビームを選択的に反射してパターン化された光ビームを提供するようになっている空間光変調器と、
前記パターン化された光ビームを受け取るようになっている投影レンズとを備え、
前記ビームスプリッタ、前記光源、前記空間光変調器、及び前記投影レンズが、第2の矩形基準空間によって囲まれ、
前記第1の矩形基準空間が面積A1を有し、前記第2の矩形基準空間が面積A2を有し、30%<A1/A2<70%である、小型の投影器。 - 前記投影レンズが最大横寸法LD1を有し、前記空間光変調器が最大横寸法LD2を有し、LD1がLD2より小さい、請求項1に記載の投影器。

前記反射体、前記反射型偏光子、及び前記リターダフィルムが、前記入力光ビームから出力照射ビームを作り出すように構成され、前記出力照射ビームが偏光されている、小型の偏光照射器。 - 前記反射体及び前記反射型偏光子のうちの少なくとも1つが湾曲しており、前記出力照射ビームが収束している、請求項7に記載の照射器。
- 光が、前記光源から前記出力照射ビームまでの光路をたどり、前記光路が、前記開口を通過すること、前記反射型偏光子から反射すること、前記反射体から反射すること、前記反射型偏光子を通過すること、及び前記リターダフィルムを少なくとも2回通過することを含む、請求項7に記載の照射器。
