Abstract
Description
重量%で、Si:3.2%、C:0.051%、Mn:0.112%、S:0.0052%、N:0.005%、および、Al:0.029%を含み、バリウム(Ba)およびイットリウム(Y)を表1のように含有し、残部Feとその他不可避に混入する不純物からなるスラブを準備した。

Claims (13)
- 素地鋼板において、素地鋼板の全体組成100重量%に対して、Baを単独で0.005重量%〜0.5重量%含むか、Yを単独で0.005重量%〜0.5重量%含むか、BaおよびYを複合で0.005重量%〜0.5重量%含み;残部はFeおよび不純物を含む方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板は、重量%で、Si:1.0%〜7.0%、C:0.0050%以下(0%を含まない)、Al:0.005%以下(0%を含まない)、N:0.0055%以下(0%を含まない)、S:0.0055%以下(0%を含まない)、およびMn:0.01%〜0.5%をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記電磁鋼板において、2mm以下の粒径を有する結晶粒の面積比率は、全体結晶粒面積100%に対して10%以下である、請求項2に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記電磁鋼板において、2mm以上の粒径を有する結晶粒の平均粒径は、10mm以上である、請求項3に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- さらに、前記電磁鋼板において、<100>面が鋼板の板面となす角度の差は、3.5°以下である、請求項4に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記鋼板において、1000A/mの磁場で測定した磁束密度B10が1.88以上である、請求項5に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 結晶粒界に偏析したBa、Y、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- スラブの全体組成100重量%に対して、Baを単独で0.005重量%〜0.5重量%含むか、Yを単独で0.005重量%〜0.5重量%含むか、BaおよびYを複合で0.005重量%〜0.5重量%含み;残部はFeおよびその他不可避不純物を含むスラブを加熱する段階と、
前記スラブを熱間圧延して熱延板を製造する段階と、
前記熱延板を冷間圧延して冷延板を製造する段階と、
前記冷延板を一次再結晶焼鈍する段階と、
一次再結晶焼鈍が完了した電磁鋼板を二次再結晶焼鈍する段階
とを含む、方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記スラブは、重量%で、Si:1.0%〜4.5%、C:0.001%〜0.1%、Al:0.005%以下、N:0.0055%以下、S:0.0055%以下、およびMn:0.01%〜0.5%をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記スラブを加熱する段階において、スラブの加熱温度は、1280℃以下である、請求項8または9に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記二次再結晶焼鈍時の均熱温度は、900℃〜1250℃である、請求項10に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記熱間圧延する段階の後、熱延板焼鈍を実施する段階をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記一次再結晶焼鈍は、冷延板を750℃以上の温度で30秒間以上維持する、請求項12に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
