Abstract
Description
(a)熱可塑性ポリマー;および
(b)熱可塑性ポリマーと相溶化剤の重量に基づいて約50ppm以上の相溶化剤、を含む熱可塑性ポリマ−組成物を提供し、相溶化剤は式(I)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物、式(III)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物、および式(V)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物からなる群から選択される。
[0006] 第2の態様において本発明は、
(a)ポリプロピレンホモポリマーおよびプロピレンと50重量%以下の1種以上のコモノマーとのコポリマーからなる群から選択されるプロピレンポリマーを含むプロピレンポリマー相であって、コモノマーはエチレンおよびC4〜C10α−オレフィンモノマーからなる群から選択されるプロピレンポリマー相;
(b)エチレンホモポリマーおよびエチレンと1種以上のC3〜C10α−オレフィンモノマーとのコポリマーからなる群から選択されるエチレンポリマーを含むエチレンポリマー相;ならびに
(c)式(I)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物、式(III)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物、および式(V)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物からなる群から選択される相溶化剤、を含む異相ポリマー組成物を提供する。

Claims (19)
- (a)熱可塑性ポリマー;および
(b)熱可塑性ポリマーと相溶化剤の重量に基づいて約50ppm以上の相溶化剤、
を含む熱可塑性ポリマ−組成物であって、相溶化剤は、式(I)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物、式(III)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物、および式(V)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物からなる群から選択される、熱可塑性ポリマ−組成物。
- R1、R2、R3およびR4は独立に、水素、ハロゲン、アルキル基、置換アルキル基、芳香族基、置換芳香族基、ヘテロ芳香族基、および置換ヘテロ芳香族基からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性ポリマ−組成物。
- R1、R2、R3およびR4の少なくとも2つは水素である、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性ポリマ−組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマ−がポリオレフィンポリマーである、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性ポリマ−組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマ−が、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の熱可塑性ポリマ−組成物。
- 相溶化剤が組成物中に、熱可塑性ポリマーと相溶化剤の重量に基づいて約100ppm以上の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性ポリマ−組成物。
- R1、R2、R3およびR4は独立に、水素、ハロゲン、アルキル基、置換アルキル基、芳香族基、置換芳香族基、ヘテロ芳香族基、および置換ヘテロ芳香族基からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の熱可塑性ポリマ−組成物。
- R1、R2、R3およびR4は独立に、水素、ハロゲン、アルキル基、置換アルキル基、芳香族基、置換芳香族基、ヘテロ芳香族基、および置換ヘテロ芳香族基からなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の熱可塑性ポリマー組成物。
- (a)ポリプロピレンホモポリマーおよびプロピレンと50重量%以下の1種以上のコモノマーとのコポリマーからなる群から選択されるプロピレンポリマーを含むプロピレンポリマー相であって、コモノマーはエチレンおよびC4〜C10α−オレフィンモノマーからなる群から選択されるプロピレンポリマー相;
(b)エチレンホモポリマーおよびエチレンと1種以上のC3〜C10α−オレフィンモノマーとのコポリマーからなる群から選択されるエチレンポリマーを含むエチレンポリマー相;ならびに
(c)式(I)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物、式(III)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物、および式(V)の構造に従う部分を含む化合物からなる群から選択される相溶化剤、
を含む異相ポリマー組成物。
- R1、R2、R3およびR4は独立に、水素、ハロゲン、アルキル基、置換アルキル基、芳香族基、置換芳香族基、ヘテロ芳香族基、および置換ヘテロ芳香族基からなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の異相ポリマー組成物。
- R1、R2、R3およびR4の少なくとも2つは水素である、請求項11に記載の異相ポリマー組成物。
- 相溶化剤が組成物中に、プロピレンポリマー相、エチレンポリマー相および相溶化剤の重量に基づいて約100ppm以上の量で存在する、請求項11に記載の異相ポリマー組成物。
- R1、R2、R3およびR4は独立に、水素、ハロゲン、アルキル基、置換アルキル基、芳香族基、置換芳香族基、ヘテロ芳香族基、および置換ヘテロ芳香族基からなる群から選択される、請求項15に記載の異相ポリマー組成物。
- R11とR12は独立に、式(C)、式(CX)、または式(CXV)に従う基からなる群から選択される、請求項15に記載の異相ポリマー組成物。
- R1、R2、R3およびR4は独立に、水素、ハロゲン、アルキル基、置換アルキル基、芳香族基、置換芳香族基、ヘテロ芳香族基、および置換ヘテロ芳香族基からなる群から選択される、請求項18に記載の異相ポリマー組成物。
