Claims (18)
- 機体(13)、機体(13)の下に取り付けたクローラーシャシ(11)、および一端(17)で作業機(10)に軸着され、他端が所定の補助装置(55)である一組のブーム材(20)を有し、そして運搬装置(12)に車輪(15)を設けた重量のある作業機の、傾斜ベースにおける移送を減速するさいに、前記運搬装置(12)の上部に少なくとも部分的に位置する前記クローラーシャシ上に前記作業機(10)を支持し、前記運搬装置(12)の助けを借りて移送車(14)を使用し、そして摩擦を使用して前記作業機(10)を牽引して、前記運搬装置(12)の前記傾斜ベースでの移送速度を減速する方法において、
前記補助装置(55)によって前記ベース(16)にブレーキ面(22)を押圧し、前記移送速度を減速し、前記補助装置(55)によって行うこのブレーキ面(22)の押圧を前記一組のブーム材(20)を使用して調節することを特徴とする減速方法。
- 前記作業機(10)の一端(17)のみに取り付けた一対の移送車輪を前記運搬装置(12)として使用する請求項1に記載の減速方法。
- ロープを手段として前記移送車(14)によって前記作業機(10)を牽引する請求項1または2に記載の減速方法。
- 前記作業機(10)の質量が50トン以上、好ましくは100トン以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の減速方法。
- 前記移送車(14)の助けを借りて前記ブレーキ面(22)を連続的に牽引するさいに、前記ブレーキ面(22)を連続的に前記ベース(16)に支持することによって前記移送速度を減速する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の減速方法。
- 前記一組のブーム材(20)を介して前記牽引力を後続の作業機(10)に案内する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の減速方法。
- 前記作業機(10)が掘削機(10´)であり、そして前記一組のブーム材(20)に軸着したバケット(18)に対応して前記ブレーキ面(22)を設けた請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の減速方法。
- 前記一組のブーム材(20)の助けを借りて前記ブレーキ面(22)の姿勢を切り替えることによって制動作用を調節する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の減速方法。
- 前記制動作用を能動的に測定し、測定データに基づいて前記制動作用を自動的に調節する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の減速方法。
- 始動時に前記制動作用を最大化し、前記掘削機(10´)の始動後は、前記バケット(18)の姿勢を切り替えることによって前記制動作用を小さく抑えていく請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の減速方法。
- 機体(13)、機体(13)の下に取り付けたクローラーシャシ(11)、および一端(17)で作業機(10)に軸着され、他端が所定の補助装置(55)である一組のブーム材(20)を有する重量のある作業機を傾斜ベースで移送する機構であって、
車輪(15)を備え、移送中上部において前記作業機(10)を少なくとも部分的に支持する運搬装置(12)、
前記移送中、前記運搬装置(12)の上部に少なくとも部分的に支持されている前記作業機(10)を牽引する移送車(14)、および
摩擦の助けを借りて前記作業機(10)の前記移送速度を減速するブレーキ手段(30)を有する移送機構において、
前記ブレーキ手段(30)が前記機体(13)から距離(d)をおいてブレーキ面(22)を有し、このブレーキ面(22)を前記補助装置(55)の助けを借りて、前記ベース(16)に押圧し、前記移送中、摩擦の助けを借りて前記作業機(10)の移送速度を制動することを特徴とする移送機構。
- 前記作業機が掘削機(10´)であり、この掘削機が前記一組のブーム材(20)およびこれらブーム材に軸着されたバケット(18)を有する請求項11に記載の移送機構。
- 移送車(14)と前記作業機(10)との間に牽引ロープ(33)を有する請求項11または12に記載の移送機構。
- 前記ブレーキ面が湾曲面であり、この湾曲面の曲率が前記ブレーキ面の長さ方向に小さくなり、前記制動作用が強くなる請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の移送機構。
- 前記ブレーキ面が、前記バケットの一部を構成する請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の移送機構。
- 前記移送車(14)によって牽引される別体の移送トレーラー(60)を有し、この移送トレーラー(60)が、
前記移送トレーラー(60)を前記移送車(14)に取り付けるアーム(64)、
横ピボットの助けを借りてこのアーム(64)に支持される第2アーム(58)、
車軸の助けを借りてこの第2アーム(58)に支持される車輪(54)、
第2アーム(58)に属する下面に支持され、前記作業機の移送を制動するブレーキ面(22)、
前記バケット(18)を前記移送トレーラー(60)に支持する支持平面(62)、および
前記支持面(62)に対応して設けられ、前記バケット(18)を前記移送トレーラー(60)にロックするロック手段を有する請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の移送機構。
- 前記第2アーム(58)が、前記支持平面(62)を構成する請求項16に記載の移送機構。
- 前記アーム(64)が、前記支持平面(62)を構成する請求項16に記載の移送機構。
