操作要素が、操作力に基づいて基本位置と第1の操作位置と第2の操作位置との間を移動可能であり、操作要素が、光信号の特性を調整するための調整装置を備え、この調整装置が、操作要素の基本位置で、光信号の出力特性を第1の値に調整し、第1の操作位置で、光信号の出力特性を第2の値に調整し、第2の操作位置で、光信号の出力特性を第3の値に調整するために形成されており、第1の値と、第2の値と、第3の値とが、互いに異なっている。

- 車両用の制御システム(100)のための切替え装置(110)において、
切替え装置(110)が、光信号(222)をガイドするための少なくとも1つの導光体(120)と、切替え装置(110)へ操作力(131)を導入するための操作要素(130)とを備え、
光信号(222)が、切替え装置(110)への進入時に入力特性を備え、切替え装置(110)からの退出時に出力特性を備え、
操作要素(130)が、操作力(131)に基づいて基本位置と第1の操作位置と第2の操作位置との間を移動可能であり、操作要素(130)が、光信号(222)の特性を調整するための調整装置(132;232;432;532;632;732A,732B)を備え、この調整装置(132;232;432;532;632;732A,732B)が、操作要素(130)の基本位置で、光信号(222)の出力特性を第1の値に調整し、第1の操作位置で、光信号(222)の出力特性を第2の値に調整し、第2の操作位置で、光信号(222)の出力特性を第3の値に調整するために形成されており、
第1の値と、第2の値と、第3の値とが、互いに異なっていること、を特徴とする切替え装置。 - 調整装置(132)が、操作要素(130)の位置に依存して少なくとも1つの導光体(120)の曲率半径を変化させるために形成された少なくとも1つの加圧部分(232)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の切替え装置(110)。
- 調整装置(132)が、操作要素(130)の位置に依存して光信号(222)を少なくとも1つの導光体(120)内で少なくとも部分的に通過させる及び/又は少なくとも部分的に減衰させる又は中断するために形成された少なくとも1つのダンパ部分(432;532;732A,732B)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の切替え装置(110)。
- 少なくとも1つのダンパ部分(432;532;732A,732B)が、中断部分(432)、光学要素(532)、リフレクタ(732A)及び/又はアブソーバ(732B)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載の切替え装置(110)。
- 調整装置(132)が、操作要素(130)の位置に依存して光信号(222)を少なくとも1つの導光体(120)内で少なくとも部分的に通過させる及び/又は少なくとも部分的に操作要素(130)の方に迂回させるために形成された少なくとも1つの別の導光体(632)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置(110)。
- 光信号(222)の入力特性と出力特性が、光強度又は光束であること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置。
- 出力特性の第1の値が、最大値であり、出力特性の第3の値が、最小値であること、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置。
- 操作力(131)とは反対向きのバネ力を操作要素(130)に印加するための少なくとも1つのバネ装置(260)が設けられており、このバネ装置(260)が、基本位置と第1の操作位置と第2の操作位置との間の操作要素(130)の多段式の移動を規制するために形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置(110)。
- 基本位置で、操作要素(130)と少なくとも1つのバネ装置(260)が、力的に切離されており、第1の操作位置で、操作要素(130)と少なくとも1つのバネ装置(260)の間の力伝達が最小であり、第2の操作位置で、操作要素(130)と少なくとも1つのバネ装置(260)の間の力伝達が最大であること、を特徴とする請求項8に記載の切替え装置(110)。
- 操作要素(130)が、ボタン、スイッチ、ロッカーボタン、ロッカースイッチ又はスライドを備えること、を特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置(110)。
- 切替え装置(110)が、一貫した導光体(120)と、操作力(131)とは反対向きのバネ力を操作要素(130)に印加するための少なくとも1つのバネ装置(260)とを備え、このバネ装置(260)が、基本位置と第1の操作位置と第2の操作位置との間の操作要素(130)の多段式の移動を規制するために形成され、調整装置(132)が、少なくとも1つの加圧部分(232)を備え、この加圧部分が、操作要素(130)の位置に依存して、少なくとも1つの導光体(120)の曲率半径を変化させるために形成され、導光体(120)が、少なくとも1つの加圧部分(232)とバネ装置(260)の間に配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置(110)。
- 車両用の制御システム(100)において、
制御システム(100)が、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置(110)と、制御機器(140)とを備え、切替え装置(110)が、少なくとも1つの導光体(120)によってデータ伝達可能に制御機器(140)と接続され、制御機器(140)が、入力特性を有する光信号(222)を少なくとも1つの導光体(120)内へ導入するための導入装置(142)と、少なくとも1つの導光体(120)から光信号(222)の出力特性を検出するための検出装置(144)とを備え、制御機器(140)が、光信号(222)の出力特性の値に依存して制御信号(150)を発生させるために形成されていること、を特徴とする制御システム(100)。 - 制御機器(140)が、制御信号(150)を、エンジン制御装置へのインターフェース及び/又はトランスミッション制御装置へのインターフェースへ出力するために形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の制御システム(100)。
- 制御機器(140)が、出力特性の第2の値に応じて、ギヤ段の事前選択をするための事前選択信号である第1の制御信号(150)を発生させ、出力特性の第3の値に応じて、ギヤ段の調整をするためのシフト信号である第2の制御信号(150)を発生させるために形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項13に記載の制御システム(100)。
- 制御機器(140)が、出力特性の第2の値に応じて、エンジンスタート信号である第1の制御信号(150)を発生させ、出力特性の第3の値に応じて、トランスミッションロック装置を解離するためのアンロック信号である第2の制御信号(150)を発生させるために形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の制御システム(100)。
