Abstract
Description
ゲル分率(%)=M2/M1
イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム(Exxon mobil、Exxon IIR 268)及び溶媒を混合して原料組成物を準備し、前記原料組成物に対して窒素パージを1時間行った。
環状酸無水物として、マレイン酸無水物の代わりにbicyclo[2.2.2]oct−7−ene−2,3,5,6−tetracarboxylic dianhydrideを添加して1次変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムを製造したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の条件及び方法により2次変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムを製造した。
環状酸無水物として、マレイン酸無水物の代わりにexo−3,6−epoxy−1,2,3,6−tetrahydrophthalic anhydrideを添加して1次変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムを製造したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の条件及び方法により2次変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムを製造した。
未変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム(Exxon mobil、Exxon IIR 268)を準備した。
前記実施例1〜3による2次変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム及び前記比較例1による未変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムを用いて、下記のように熱硬化性組成物及び光硬化性組成物を準備した。
(熱硬化または光硬化反応の進行可否)
測定方法:前記熱硬化性組成物A〜C、E、F、及び光硬化性組成物D、Gに対して熱硬化反応の進行可否を肉眼で観測した。
測定方法:下記の計算式1によりゲル分率を計算した。
ゲル分率(%)=M2/M1
測定方法:前記熱硬化または光硬化反応の進行可否に応じて製造された各熱硬化物及び光硬化物に対し、製造された時点から25℃で3時間放置させた時点に前記計算式1によりゲル分率を計算して初期ゲル分率を得たし、また、前記各熱硬化物及び光硬化物に対し、前記製造された時点から25℃で24時間放置させた時点に前記計算式1によりゲル分率を計算して後期ゲル分率を得た。
ゲル分率の差(%)=後期ゲル分率−初期ゲル分率
測定方法:前記各熱硬化物及び光硬化物の色を肉眼で観察して黄色に色が変化した場合を「○」で示し、組成物の色と同一の無色透明に維持されて色が変化していない場合を「×」で示した。
測定方法:前記熱硬化性組成物A〜C、E、Fを120℃の温度で3分間熱硬化させて50μm厚さの光学用粘着フィルムに製造し、前記光硬化性組成物D、Gに対して5mJ/cm2のUVを照射して50μm厚さの光学用粘着フィルムに製造した。
測定方法:前記光透過率及び前記ヘイズ測定方法により製造した各光学用粘着フィルムを幅1インチ、長さ180mmに裁断して各試片を準備した。
Claims (23)
- 前記変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムは、全体構造単位のうち前記化学式14の構造単位を0.5mol%〜10.0mol%で含む、請求項1に記載の変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム。
- 硫黄原子及びハロゲン原子を含まない、請求項1に記載の変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム。
- 重量平均分子量が10,000g/mol〜1,000,000g/molである、請求項1に記載の変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム。
- ガラス転移温度が−80℃〜−20℃である、請求項1に記載の変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム。
- 前記中間変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムは、全体構造単位のうち前記化学式1の構造単位を0.5mol%〜10.0mol%で含む、請求項7に記載の変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムを含む組成物を熱硬化させるか、または光硬化させて形成した硬化物。
- 硫黄原子及びハロゲン原子を含まない、請求項11に記載の硬化物。
- ゲル分率が10%以上である、請求項11に記載の硬化物。
- 前記硬化物が光学用粘着フィルムとして形成され、前記粘着フィルムの粘着力が500g/in〜6,000g/inである、請求項11に記載の硬化物。
- 前記1次変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム100重量部に対し、前記アジリジン系化合物を0.5重量部〜20重量部で反応させる、請求項15に記載の変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムの製造方法。
- 前記酸無水物を前記1次変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴム100重量部に対して0.5重量部〜10重量部で添加する、請求項19に記載の変性イソブチレン−イソプレンゴムの製造方法。
