Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 流体塗布装置用のフローダイバーターであって、該フローダイバーターは、塗布ヘッド内の流体入力導管と2つ以上の流体出力導管との間に取外し可能に挿入されるように構成されているプラグを含み、該プラグは、2つ以上の流路を有し、各流路は、前記流体入力導管及び前記2つ以上の出力導管のそれぞれの流体出力導管と流体連通する、フローダイバーター。
- 前記2つ以上の流路のうちの1つは、前記2つ以上の流路のうちの別の流路とは異なる体積流量をもたらすように構成されている、請求項1に記載のフローダイバーター。
- 前記2つ以上の流路は、前記プラグの外面に形成されている、請求項1に記載のフローダイバーター。
- 前記2つ以上の流路は、第1の流路、第2の流路及び第3の流路を含む、請求項3に記載のフローダイバーター。
- 前記第2の流路は、前記第1の流路と前記第3の流路との間に配置され、前記第1の流路、前記第2の流路及び前記第3の流路のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記第1の流路、前記第2の流路及び前記第3の流路のうちの他の流路とは異なる体積流量をもたらすように構成されている、請求項4に記載のフローダイバーター。
- 前記2つ以上の流路のそれぞれの流路の上流に配置されるとともに、前記それぞれの流路と流体連通する共通流路を更に備える、請求項1に記載のフローダイバーター。
- 前記共通流路と前記2つ以上の流路は、前記プラグの内部に形成されている、請求項6に記載のフローダイバーター。
- 前記2つ以上の流路は、3つの流路である、請求項6に記載のフローダイバーター。
- 前記2つ以上の流路は、4つ以上の流路である、請求項6に記載のフローダイバーター。
- 流体塗布装置であって、該流体塗布装置は、
内部に形成されたマニホールドを有する塗布ヘッドであって、前記マニホールドは、流体入力導管と、2つ以上の流体出力導管と、前記流体入力導管と前記2つ以上の流体出力導管との間に配置されるとともに、前記流体入力導管と前記2つ以上の流体出力導管とを流体接続するチャンバーとを含む、塗布ヘッドと、
2つ以上のノズルが選択的かつ取外し可能に取り付けられるように構成されている前記塗布ヘッドの外側取付け面であって、各ノズルは、前記2つ以上の流体出口のそれぞれの流体出口から前記流体を受け取るように構成されている、外側取付け面と、
前記チャンバー内に取外し可能に配置されるフローダイバーターであって、該フローダイバーターは、2つ以上の流路を有するプラグを含み、各流路は、前記流体入力導管及び前記2つ以上の出力導管のそれぞれの流体出力導管と流体連通する、フローダイバーターと、
を備え、前記流体入力導管は、供給源から流体を受け取るように構成され、前記2つ以上の流体出力導管は、前記流体を前記塗布ヘッドからそれぞれのノズルに放出するように構成されている、流体塗布装置。 - 前記2つ以上の流路のうちの1つは、前記2つ以上の流路のうちの別の流路とは異なる体積流量をもたらすように構成されている、請求項10に記載の流体塗布装置。
- 前記2つ以上の流路は、前記プラグの外面に形成されている、請求項10に記載の流体塗布装置。
- 前記2つ以上の流路は、第1の流路、第2の流路及び第3の流路を含む、請求項12に記載の流体塗布装置。
- 前記第2の流路は、前記第1の流路と前記第3の流路との間に配置され、前記第1の流路、前記第2の流路及び前記第3の流路のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記第1の流路、前記第2の流路及び前記第3の流路のうちの他の流路とは異なる体積流量をもたらすように構成されている、請求項13に記載の流体塗布装置。
- 前記2つ以上の流路のそれぞれの流路の上流に配置されるとともに、前記それぞれの流路と流体連通する中央流路を更に備える、請求項10に記載の流体塗布装置。
- 前記中央流路と前記2つ以上の流路は、前記プラグの内部に形成されている、請求項15に記載の流体塗布装置。
- 前記2つ以上の流路は、3つの流路である、請求項15に記載の流体塗布装置。
- 前記2つ以上の流路は、4つ以上の流路である、請求項15に記載の流体塗布装置。
- 前記チャンバーの開放端部における取外し可能なリテーナーであって、前記フローダイバーターの前記チャンバーからの取出し及び前記フローダイバーターの前記チャンバー内への挿入のために前記チャンバーへのアクセスを可能にするように取外し可能であるリテーナーを更に備える、請求項10に記載の流体塗布装置。
