Claims (2)
- 流体塗布装置用のフローダイバーターであって、該フローダイバーターは、塗布ヘッド内の流体入力導管と2つ以上の流体出力導管との間に取外し可能に挿入されるように構成されているプラグを含み、該プラグは、2つ以上の流路を有し、前記2つ以上の流路の各流路は、前記流体入力導管及び前記2つ以上の出力導管のそれぞれの流体出力導管と流体連通しており、前記2つ以上の流路は該プラグの外面に形成されており、
前記2つ以上の流路の各流路は、前記プラグ上において、前記2つ以上の流路の他の流路から互いに流体的に分けられており、
前記2つ以上の流路の少なくとも1つの流路は、複数の周方向の通流部と、前記複数の周方向の通流部を流体接続する軸方向に延びる接続路とを含んでおり、
前記複数の周方向の通流部は、少なくとも第1及び第2の周方向の通流部を含んでおり、前記第2の周方向の通流部は、前記プラグ上において、前記第1の周方向の通流部に対して軸方向外側に配置されており、さらに前記第2の周方向の通流部は、前記第1の周方向の通流部から前記軸方向に延びる接続路を介して流体を受け取るように構成されている、フローダイバーター。 - 流体塗布装置であって、該流体塗布装置は、
内部に形成されたマニホールドを有する塗布ヘッドであって、前記マニホールドは、流体入力導管と、2つ以上の流体出力導管と、前記流体入力導管と前記2つ以上の流体出力導管との間に配置されるとともに、前記流体入力導管と前記2つ以上の流体出力導管とを流体接続するチャンバーとを含む、塗布ヘッドと、
前記塗布ヘッドの外側取付け面と、
前記外側取付面に選択的かつ取外し可能に固定された2つ以上のノズルであって、各ノズルは、前記2つ以上の流体出力導管のそれぞれの流体出口から流体を受け取るように構成され、且つ各ノズルは流体を放出するための複数のオリフィスを有する、2つ以上のノズルと、
前記チャンバー内に取外し可能に配置されるフローダイバーターであって、該フローダイバーターは、2つ以上の流路を有するプラグを含み、各流路は、前記流体入力導管及び前記2つ以上の流体出力導管のそれぞれの流体出力導管と流体連通する、フローダイバーターと、
を備え、
前記流体入力導管は、供給源から流体を受け取るように構成され、前記2つ以上の流体出力導管は、前記流体を前記塗布ヘッドからそれぞれのノズルに放出するように構成されており、
前記プラグは、1つ以上の取外し可能なリテーナーによって前記チャンバー内に軸方向に固定されており、
前記2つ以上の流路のうちの1つは、前記2つ以上の流路のうちの別の流路とは異なる体積流量をもたらすように構成されている、流体塗布装置。
