Claims (4)
- 塗布ヘッドと、該塗布ヘッドに流体的に結合されるノズルアセンブリとを備える流体塗布装置であって、前記ノズルアセンブリは、
前記塗布ヘッドから第1の流体を受け取るように構成されている第1の導管と、
前記塗布ヘッドから第2の流体を受け取るように構成されている第2の導管と、
前記第1の導管及び前記第2の導管の下流側に配設されて前記第1の導管及び前記第2の導管に流体接続され、且つレセプタクルと第1の分岐路と第2の分岐路とを含む塗布導管であって、前記レセプタクルは、前記第1の導管と流体接続されるとともに、前記第1の流体を前記第1の導管から受け取るように構成され、前記第1の分岐路及び前記第2の分岐路は、前記第2の導管に流体接続されるとともに、前記第2の流体を前記第2の導管から受け取るように構成されている、塗布導管と、
前記塗布導管の下流側に配設されて、前記塗布導管に流体接続されるオリフィスであって、該オリフィスは、前記第1の分岐路と前記第2の分岐路との間に延びて、前記第1の流体を前記レセプタクルから受け取り、前記第2の流体が前記第1の分岐路及び前記第2の分岐路から対向方向で前記第1の流体に対して作用するように前記第2の流体を前記第1の分岐路及び前記第2の分岐路から受け取るように構成されるとともに、前記第1の流体を吐出して材料ストランド上に塗布するように構成されているオリフィスと、
前記オリフィスに対して延びるガイドスロットであって、前記材料ストランドを受けるように構成されているガイドスロットと、
複数の積層プレートであって、該複数の積層プレートに前記第1の導管、前記第2の導管、前記塗布導管、前記オリフィス、及び前記ガイドスロットが形成される複数の積層プレートと、
を有する、流体塗布装置。 - 流体塗布装置用のノズルアセンブリであって、
第1の流体を受け取るように構成されている第1の導管と、
第2の流体を受け取るように構成されている第2の導管と、
前記第1の導管及び前記第2の導管の下流側に配設されて前記第1の導管及び前記第2の導管に流体接続され、且つレセプタクルと第1の分岐路と第2の分岐路とを含む塗布導管であって、前記レセプタクルは、前記第1の導管と流体接続されるとともに、前記第1の流体を前記第1の導管から受け取るように構成され、前記第1の分岐路及び前記第2の分岐路は、前記第2の導管に流体接続されるとともに、前記第2の流体を前記第2の導管から受け取るように構成されていて、該塗布導管は前記第1の流体を第1の方向から受け取り、前記第2の流体を前記第1の方向の反対側の第2の方向から受け取る、塗布導管と、
前記塗布導管に流体接続され、前記塗布導管の下流側に配設されるオリフィスであって、前記第1の流体を前記レセプタクルから受け取り、前記第2の流体を前記第1の分岐路及び前記第2の分岐路から受け取って前記第1の流体を吐出して材料ストランド上に塗布するように構成されているオリフィスと、
前記オリフィスから延びるガイドスロットであって、前記材料ストランドを受けるように構成されているガイドスロットと、
複数の積層プレートであって、前記第1の導管、前記第2の導管、前記塗布導管、前記オリフィス、及び前記ガイドスロットが該複数の積層プレートのうちの1つ又は複数のプレートに形成される複数の積層プレートと、
を有する、ノズルアセンブリ。 - 流体塗布装置であって、塗布ヘッドと、該塗布ヘッドに流体的に結合されるノズルアセンブリとを備え、該ノズルアセンブリは、
前記塗布ヘッドから第1の流体を受け取るように構成されている第1の導管と、
前記塗布ヘッドから第2の流体を受け取るように構成されている第2の導管と、
レセプタクルと第1の分岐路と第2の分岐路とを含む塗布導管であって、前記レセプタクルは前記第1の導管に流体接続されて前記第1の流体を受け取るように構成されており、前記第1の分岐路及び前記第2の分岐路は前記第2の導管に流体接続されて前記第2の流体を受け取るように構成されている、塗布導管と、
前記塗布導管に流体接続されるオリフィスであって、前記第1の流体を吐出して材料ストランド上に塗布するように構成されているオリフィスと、
前記オリフィスに対して延びるガイドスロットであって、前記材料ストランドを受けるように構成されているガイドスロットと、を有し
前記第2の導管は、前記第1の分岐路に流体接続される第1の脚部と、前記第2の分岐路に流体接続される第2の脚部とを有する分流セクションを更に含む、流体塗布装置。 - 流体塗布装置用のノズルアセンブリであって、
第1の流体を受け取るように構成されている第1の導管と、
第2の流体を受け取るように構成されている第2の導管と、
レセプタクルと第1の分岐路と第2の分岐路とを含む塗布導管であって、前記レセプタクルが、前記第1の導管と流体接続されて前記第1の流体を受け取るように構成され、前記第1の分岐路及び前記第2の分岐路が、前記第2の導管に流体接続されて前記第2の流体を受け取るように構成されている、塗布導管と、
前記塗布導管に流体接続されるオリフィスであって、前記第1の流体を吐出して材料ストランド上に塗布するように構成されているオリフィスと、
前記オリフィスから延びるガイドスロットであって、前記材料ストランドを受けるように構成されているガイドスロットと、
を有しており、
前記第2の導管は分流セクションを更に含み、該分流セクションは、前記第1の分岐路に流体接続される第1の脚部と、前記第2の分岐路に流体接続される第2の脚部とを有する、ノズルアセンブリ。
