Claims (20)
- a)一方の押出管がもう一方の押出管の中に配置されている2つの押出管を形成する工程と、
b)外側管の外周りに第1の成形型を提供し、内側管の内部に沿って支持体を提供する工程と、
c)内側管と外側管の間の第1の空洞に流体を注入して第1の成形型に沿って外側管を成形する工程であって、流体の少なくとも一部は、内側管と外側管の間の第1の空洞に保持されており、流体は、活性化して熱源または冷却材として機能しうる物質であるか、物質を成分として含む工程と、
を含む、二重壁管の製造方法。 - 流体は相変化材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 相変化材料は、酢酸ナトリウム三水和物を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 成形された二重壁管に開口を形成し、この開口を通じて流体を第1の空洞に注入する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 物質を活性化させて熱源または冷却材として機能させる作動手段が、加熱管の開口の領域に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 二重壁管は加熱または冷却される材料を加熱または冷却する機器で使用される加熱管または冷却管であり、内側管によって画定される第2の空洞が加熱または冷却される材料を収容することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 二重壁管は加熱管であり、物質は活性化されて熱源として機能することができ、方法は、第2の空洞に喫煙材を提供する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 内側押出管が外側押出管の内部に配置されている2つの押出管を形成する工程と、
外側押出管と成形型の間の空洞を真空にして成形型に沿って外側押出管を真空成形する工程とを含む、二重壁管の製造方法。 - 活性化されて熱源または冷却材として機能し得る物質を、内側押出管と外側押出管の間の空洞に注入する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二重壁管の製造方法。
- 物質は流体であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 物質は相変化材料であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 相変化材料は酢酸ナトリウム三水和物を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 物質を内側押出管と外側押出管の間の空洞に注入する前に、内側押出管を外側押出管に封止して、二重壁管の第1の端部を画定する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9乃至12いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 物質を内側押出管と外側押出管の間の空洞に注入した後に、内側押出管を外側押出管に封止して、二重壁管の第2の端部を画定する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 第1の端部と第2の端部を切断して、二重壁管から不要な部分を取り除く工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 物質を活性化させる作動手段を二重壁管に取り付ける工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9乃至15いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 物質が内側押出管と外側押出管の間の空洞に注入されるときに、内側押出管の長手空洞を流体で加圧する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9乃至16いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 物質が内側押出管と外側押出管の間の空洞に注入されるときに、内側押出管の長手空洞内に挿入された支持体で内側押出管を支持する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9乃至16いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内側押出管の長手空洞に喫煙材を挿入する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8乃至18いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 喫煙材を加熱する機器で使用される加熱管であって、請求項1乃至19いずれか1項に記載の方法で得られたまたは得られる加熱管。
