Claims (11)
- 軟化プラスチック材料からなる少なくとも1本のチューブ(12)を開いた型(16)の中へ押し出し、前記型(16)を閉じたときに前記チューブ(12)の先端が容器底を形成するように前記チューブを閉じ、前記チューブ(12)が充填口(18)を形成するように分断エレメント(28)を使って前記型の上方で前記チューブを分断し、開いた充填口(18)を有する前記チューブ(12)と共に前記型(16)を充填位置まで移動させ、そこで、前記チューブ(12)に作用して前記チューブを拡張する圧力勾配を作り出すことによって容器を前記型(16)の中で形作った後、前記容器を充填し、続いてシールし、少なくとも前記チューブの充填口の形成から各容器の充填に至るまで、前記充填口を無菌バリヤ(30)によって覆うようにして、容器を製造し、充填する方法であって、 前記無菌バリヤ(30)を使って少なくとも1つの無菌媒体(34)を媒体送給装置(36)によって前記充填口(18)の方へ送給することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記無菌媒体(34)として空気及び/又は他の不活性ガス、過酸化水素などの媒体を前記媒体送給装置(36)から前記充填口(18)へ送給することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記媒体送給装置(36)が、特定の正圧の下で各無菌媒体(34)を前記充填口(18)の方へ送給することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 吸出し装置(42)、好ましくは真空装置の形の吸出し装置を使って非生存の(non viable)粒子を吸出すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記無菌バリヤをプレート状の覆いエレメント(30)として形作り、これを使って、前記チューブ(12)の分断の後、少なくとも、それが拡張された後の容器の充填が無菌充填室で開始されるまで前記充填口(18)を覆っておき、その後に前記無菌媒体(34)を充填することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記覆いエレメント(30)が、プラスチックチューブ(12)を分断する分断エレメント(28)と一緒に移動し、又は、好ましくは容器充填時にのみ前記覆いエレメント(30)が前記充填口(18)を開放するように前記型(16)の部品と同時に移動することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記媒体送給装置(36)を使って、前記充填口(18)を介して容器を各媒体(34)で洗浄し、又は部分的に充填することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記無菌バリヤ及び/又は無菌媒体(34)が加熱可能であり、好ましくは120℃より高い温度、更に好ましくは150℃から200℃までの範囲内の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の1項に記載の方法。
- 軟化プラスチック材料からなる少なくとも1本のチューブ(12)をその型(16)内へ押出すことのできる少なくとも1つの可動成形壁を有する型(16)であり、その型部品(14)に位置する溶着エッジによって前記チューブ(12)の先端を溶着して容器底にするために前記型部品が閉じることが可能である型(16)と、
前記容器を成形壁に沿って形作るべく前記チューブに作用してこれを拡張する圧力勾配を作り出す装置と、
前記型(16)の上方でチューブ(12)を分断することによって充填口(18)を形成すべく後退した基本位置(図1a;図2a)と作動位置(図1c;図2c)の間を移動できる可動分断エレメント(28)と、
前記充填口(18)を通過して容器を充填すべく前記型(16)を充填位置(図1b;図2b)まで移動させる変位装置と、を具備し、
容器の充填が無菌充填室で行われ、前記チューブ(12)の充填口(18)が、少なくともその形成から前記無菌室での前記容器の充填に至るまで前記無菌バリヤ(30)によって覆われている、容器を製造し充填する装置であって、
前記無菌バリヤ(30)を使って少なくとも1つの無菌媒体(34)を媒体送給装置(36)によって前記充填口(18)の方へ送給できることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記無菌バリヤが、前記充填口(18)の方向に媒体出口(38)を備え、媒体送給装置(36)によって各媒体を送給するための少なくとも1つの入口(40)を有するプレート状の覆いエレメント(30)として形作られていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 媒体送給装置(36)の一部をなし、少なくとも前記覆いエレメント(30)の1つの位置においてこのエレメントをフレームの形で包囲する吸出し装置(42)、好ましくは真空装置の形の吸出し装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
