Claims (21)
- 光学部材と、
前記光学部材から一定間隔で空間を置いて配置されるベースアセンブリーと、
前記ベースアセンブリー上に配置される光源と、
前記ベースアセンブリーに締結されて前記光源をカバーするレンズと、を含み、
前記レンズは前記ベースアセンブリーのいずれか一面と接触する第1接触面と前記第1接触面と相異する高さに形成されて前記ベースアセンブリーの他の一面と接触する第2接触面を含む第1突起と、前記第1突起と離隔配置されて前記ベースアセンブリーのいずれか一面と接触する第3接触面を含む第2突起を含む、ランプユニット。 - 前記第1突起は、
前記レンズの下部面の縁から前記ベースアセンブリー方向に突出する、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記第1接触面は前記ベースアセンブリーの表面と接触する、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第2接触面は前記ベースアセンブリーの下面と接触する、請求項3に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第1接触面は前記第1突起上に形成された段差面で構成され、前記第2接触面は前記第1突起の終端に形成されたフックの係止面で構成される、請求項4に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第1接触面および前記第2接触面は前記ベースアセンブリーと向かい合う、請求項5に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第2接触面は前記第1突起の終端から前記レンズの半径方向を基準に突出形成される、請求項6に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第2突起は、

- 前記第1突起の最外側は前記レンズの下部面の縁と連続するように形成される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第2突起の最外側は前記レンズの下部面の縁と連続するように形成される、請求項12に記載のランプユニット。
- 少なくとも二つの前記第1突起は前記レンズの中心を基準として対称となるように配置される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 少なくとも二つの前記第2突起は前記レンズの中心を基準として対称となるように配置される、請求項14に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記レンズの下部面は前記ベースアセンブリーの表面と高さ方向に離れて配置される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記レンズの下部面は平面であり、前記レンズの上部面は曲面である、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記レンズの上部面は前記光源の光出射面の中心領域に対応する溝を含む、請求項17に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記ベースアセンブリーには前記第1突起が貫通するホールが形成される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記ベースアセンブリーはヒートシンクと前記ヒートシンクの上に積層される基板を含む、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 請求項1〜請求項20のいずれか一項に記載されたランプユニットを利用する、車両ランプ装置。
