Claims (14)
- 光学部材と、
前記光学部材から一定間隔で空間を置いて配置されるベースアセンブリーと、
前記ベースアセンブリー上に配置される光源と、
前記ベースアセンブリーに締結されて前記光源をカバーするレンズと、を含み、
前記ベースアセンブリーはヒートシンクと前記ヒートシンクの上に積層される基板を含み、
前記レンズは前記レンズの下部面の縁から前記ベースアセンブリー方向に突出する第1突起と第2突起を含み、
前記第1突起は前記ヒートシンクの上面に接触する第1接触面と前記第1接触面の下側に配置され、前記ヒートシンクの下面に接触する第2接触面を含み、
前記第2突起は、前記第1突起と離隔配置され、第3接触面を含み、
前記基板は、前記ヒートシンクを露出させる第1ホールを含み、
前記第2突起の前記第3接触面は、前記第1ホールを貫通して前記ヒートシンクの上面と接触する、ランプユニット。 - 前記第1接触面は前記第1突起上に形成された段差面で構成され、前記第2接触面は前記第1突起の終端に配置されたフックの係止面で構成される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第1接触面および前記第2接触面は前記ベースアセンブリーと向かい合う、請求項2に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第2接触面は前記第1突起の終端から前記レンズの半径方向を基準に突出形成される、請求項3に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第3接触面は前記第2突起の下端面で構成される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第1突起の最外側は前記レンズの下部面の縁と連続するように配置される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第2突起の最外側は前記レンズの下部面の縁と連続するように配置される、請求項6に記載のランプユニット。
- 少なくとも二つの前記第1突起は前記レンズの中心を基準として対称となるように配置される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 少なくとも二つの前記第2突起は前記レンズの中心を基準として対称となるように配置される、請求項8に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記レンズの下部面は前記ベースアセンブリーの表面と高さ方向に離れて配置される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記レンズの下部面は平面であり、前記レンズの上部面は曲面である、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記レンズの上部面には溝が配置され、前記溝は前記光源の光出射面の中心領域に対応する、請求項11に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記ヒートシンクには前記第1ホールと整列配置され、前記第1突起が貫通する第2ホールが配置される、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載されたランプユニットを利用する、車両ランプ装置。
