Abstract
Description
1.コロナ放電区域の生成のために使用する電極のうちの1つのとして動作する;
2.放電区域を生成し、冷蒸気をコロナ放電区域内に搬送する;
3.ロータの回転によりもたらされる遠心力を使用する、液体・空気分離器として動作する。

Claims (16)
- 過酸化水素(H2O2)生成方法であって、前記方法は、
高AC電圧(14)を印加することによって、2つの電極(5、11)の間に生成したコロナ放電区域を通して空気−液体又は蒸気流を移送することを含み、
前記流れの方向の角度は、前記流れが通過する過程において、前記コロナ放電区域の直線部分内で変化する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記電極のうち1つ(11)は、中空ロータ(9)内に組み付けられ、前記中空ロータ(9)の回転により遠心力が生成される
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ロータ(9)の少なくとも一部は、導電性材料から作製される
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 高AC電圧は、静電結合により前記ロータに接続される
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の電極(11)は、絶縁体(10)によって囲繞され、前記中空ロータの空洞内部に配置されている
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ロータは、前記第2の電極に対して回転する
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記中空ロータの内径は、前記第2の電極の前記絶縁被覆物の外径から所定の間隙だけずれており、前記所定の間隙の長さは、予め設定した大きさの高AC電圧で必要なコロナ放電電流を導出するように選択される
請求項1に記載の方法。 - H2O2濃度を上昇させるために、液体過酸化水素を少なくとも一度再利用して、前記コロナ放電区域を通過する空気−液体又は蒸気流を生成する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 過酸化水素生成デバイスであって、
空気−液体又は蒸気を供給する入口(12)、並びにH2O2及び空気を流出させる個別の出口(13、7)を有する筐体(1)、
前記空気−液体又は蒸気流を流すことを可能にするように配置した第1の電極(5)及び第2の電極(11)、並びに
前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極に接続し、前記電極の間に、直線部分を有するコロナ放電区域を生成するように構成した高AC電圧源(14)、
を備え、
前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極のうち1つは、前記コロナ放電区域の前記直線部分内で前記空気−液体又は蒸気流の方向を変化させる
ことを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記空気−液体又は蒸気流の方向を変化させる前記電極は、中空ロータ(6)内部に形成されている
請求項9に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ロータの少なくとも一部は、導電性材料から作製される
請求項10に記載のデバイス。 - 前記高AC電圧は、静電結合により前記ロータに接続される
請求項10に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第2の電極は、絶縁体によって囲繞され、前記中空ロータの空洞内に配設されている
請求項10に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ロータは、前記第2の電極に対して回転するように構成される
請求項13に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ロータの内径は、前記絶縁体の外径から所定の間隙だけずれており、前記所定の間隙の長さは、予め設定した大きさの高AC電圧で必要なコロナ放電電流を導出するように選択される
請求項13に記載のデバイス。 - 前記空気入口及び前記空気−液体又は蒸気流入入口は、側路によって接続されている
