Claims (4)
- 電子ビームを発生する電子銃、及び、前記電子ビームの入射によってX線を発生するターゲットを有するX線管と、
外部からの導入電圧を昇圧して高圧電圧を発生する昇圧部、及び、前記昇圧部を絶縁材料により封止する絶縁ブロックを有する電源部と、
前記X線の発生に関する制御を行うための制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記高圧電圧に基づく高圧電位上において、前記制御の少なくとも一部をデジタル信号を用いて行う第1情報処理素子を含み、
前記第1情報処理素子は、前記絶縁ブロックにおいて前記絶縁材料により封止されている、
X線発生装置。 - 前記電源部は、前記第1情報処理素子の少なくとも一部を覆うように配置され、前記絶縁ブロックにおいて前記絶縁材料により封止された導電性部材をさらに有し、
前記導電性部材には、前記高圧電圧に基づく電圧が印加されている、
請求項1に記載のX線発生装置。 - 前記第1情報処理素子は、前記高圧電位上において、前記電子銃の制御を行う、
請求項1又は2に記載のX線発生装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記高圧電圧よりも低い低圧電圧に基づく低圧電位上において前記制御を行う第2情報処理素子をさらに含み、
前記第2情報処理素子は、前記絶縁ブロックの外部に配置されている、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のX線発生装置。
