Abstract
Description
図3及び図4に詳しく示すように、各圧接端子(バスバー)30は、所定形状の導電性金属板を折曲することで形成されている。各圧接端子30は、基板40を挟持して電気的に接続する部品挟持部31と、電線Wを圧接接続する圧接刃部32と、部品挟持部31と圧接刃部32の間を連結する段差連結部33とを備えている。
電子部品である基板40には、発光ダイオード41及び他の電子部品(符号を付さず)が搭載されていると共に回路パターンが設けられている。これら電子部品及び回路パターンによって、発光ダイオード41の駆動回路が構成されている。回路パターンの一部として一対の接点部42が形成されている。一対の接点部42は、基板40の対応する上下面に配置されている(図面では、裏面の接点部は非表示)。基板40は、部品収容室11に収容された状態では、一対の接点部42間が圧接端子30の部品挟持部31間に挟持され、バネ接点片31bの撓み変形復帰力を接点圧として圧接端子30と基板40間が電気的に接続される。
カバー50は、光を通過させない部材より形成されている。カバー50は、ハウジング10の部品収容室11の上面開口と前面開口に隙間なく入り込むL字状の閉塞プレート部51を有する。カバー50は、ハウジング10への装着状態では、部品収容室11の上面と前面を閉塞する。閉塞プレート部51の上面及び前面は、ハウジング10の上面及び前面と同じ高さ、つまり、面一である。
電線カバー60は、光を通過させない部材より形成されている。電線カバー60は、上面壁60aとこの上面壁60aの両側端より垂設された一対の側面壁60bを有する。電線カバー60は、ハウジング10への装着状態では、ハウジング10の部品収容室11の一部と電線圧接室12の開口を閉塞する。電線カバー60の上面壁60aの上面は、ハウジング10の上面と同じ高さ、つまり、面一である。
次に、照明ユニット1の組み付け手順を説明する。
例えば車体パネルのブラケット(図示せず)の取付穴(図示せず)にカバー側取付部55の円筒部56を挿入し、カバー側取付部55を回転すれば、係止部57が取付穴に係止される。これで、照明ユニット1の車体取付けが完了する。

Claims (4)
- 電子部品を挟持して電気的に接続する部品挟持部と、
電線を圧接接続する圧接刃部と、
前記部品挟持部と前記圧接刃部を異なる底面高さで連結する段差連結部とを備えたことを特徴とする圧接端子。 - 請求項1記載の圧接端子であって、
前記部品挟持部と前記圧接刃部は、ハウジングに圧入される圧入爪をそれぞれ有することを特徴とする圧接端子。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の圧接端子であって、
前記部品挟持部は、ハウジングの第1配置面に配置され、
前記圧接刃部は、前記ハウジングの前記第1配置面とは異なる高さの第2配置面に配置されたことを特徴とする圧接端子。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の圧接端子であって、
前記電子部品は、基板であることを特徴とする圧接端子。
