Abstract
【解決手段】所定の運転状態では、対象係合装置に対して、所定のギヤ段の形成に影響しない範囲で弱スリップ状態とするようにクラッチ圧Pcが付加されるので、対象係合装置における引き摺りトルクが増大させられ、無負荷部92と直接的に連結されている有負荷部90との間の結合部の回転方向のガタの反トルク方向に無負荷部慣性が押し付けられて、無負荷部慣性が有負荷部90に上乗せされる。これにより、動力伝達経路におけるイナーシャが増大させられて、ロックアップクラッチLCの係合時にエンジン12の爆発振動が減衰され易くなり、こもり音の発生を抑制することができる。よって、ロックアップ領域を拡大して燃費を向上することができる。この際、対象係合装置は弱スリップ状態であるので、自動変速機22のギヤ比γが変化したり、自動変速機22がタイアップすることが回避される。

Claims (7)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンと駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に設けられた、ロックアップクラッチを有する流体式伝動装置と、前記動力伝達経路に設けられた、複数の係合装置のうちの何れかが選択的に係合されることで複数のギヤ段が選択的に形成される有段変速機とを備えた車両の、制御装置であって、
所定の運転状態では、前記有段変速機の所定のギヤ段において相対回転する、動力伝達に関与する有負荷部の回転部材と動力伝達に関与しない無負荷部の回転部材とを連結することが可能な、前記所定のギヤ段の形成時には解放されている所定の係合装置に対して、前記所定のギヤ段の形成に影響しない範囲で弱スリップ状態とするように係合圧を付加する係合圧制御部を含むことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記所定の運転状態は、前記エンジンの回転速度が高くなることに伴って前記エンジンの爆発振動が小さくなることで前記ロックアップクラッチの係合に伴うこもり音が生じ易くなる、前記エンジンの所定の回転速度領域であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記弱スリップ状態とされている前記所定の係合装置の発熱量が所定の発熱量以上となるか否かを判定する状態判定部を更に含むものであり、
前記係合圧制御部は、前記所定の係合装置の発熱量が前記所定の発熱量以上となる場合には、前記弱スリップ状態を解除することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記状態判定部は、前記所定の係合装置が所定時間以上前記弱スリップ状態とされている場合に、前記所定の係合装置の発熱量が前記所定の発熱量以上となると判定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記所定の運転状態で前記所定の係合装置が前記弱スリップ状態とされているときには前記ロックアップクラッチを係合するロックアップクラッチ制御部を更に含むものであり、
前記ロックアップクラッチ制御部は、前記所定の係合装置の発熱量が前記所定の発熱量以上となる場合には、前記ロックアップクラッチの係合を解除することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記所定の運転状態で前記所定の係合装置が前記弱スリップ状態とされているときには前記ロックアップクラッチを係合するロックアップクラッチ制御部と、
前記所定の係合装置の発熱量が前記所定の発熱量以上となる場合には、前記有段変速機の変速を実行する変速制御部とを、更に含むものであり、
前記ロックアップクラッチ制御部は、前記所定の係合装置の発熱量が前記所定の発熱量以上となるときに前記有段変速機の変速が実行される場合には、前記ロックアップクラッチの係合を継続することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記所定の係合装置が前記弱スリップ状態とされているときに前記有段変速機の変速が要求された場合には、前記所定の係合装置の係合によって形成される前記有段変速機のギヤ段への変速を禁止する変速禁止部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
