Abstract
【解決手段】シフトバイワイヤを持つ車両10において、降坂路の進行方向と逆方向の運転者のシフトレバー74の操作が生じた場合に、進行方向の走行レンジとするか、或いは動力伝達経路を遮断するレンジを選択することによってエンジン30のエンジンストールを抑制することが可能となり、ブレーキペダル68の操作時の踏力Brkのアシストが確保される。

Description
前記逆進方向レンジへの切替えによって前記車両のエンジンがエンジンストールする可能性があることおよび前記逆進方向レンジへの再操作によって切替えが可能であることを、前記運転者に告知することによって、前記エンジンストールが生じることを避けることが可能となり、ブレーキブースタによるブレーキペダルの踏力を補助する力を確保することによって、車両の停止が容易となるとともに、前記運転者による逆進方向レンジの選択が誤作動である場合に前記運転者が適切な対応をとることが容易となる。

Claims (5)
- 自動変速機とシフトレバーの操作位置に対応するシフトレンジをシフトアクチュエータにより選択するシフト装置とを有する車両が所定車速以上で走行中に、運転者によって進行方向に対して逆方向に走行するための逆進方向レンジへの切替要求があった場合は、前記逆進方向レンジへの切替要求を却下する、車両の制御装置であって、
前記車両が前記所定車速未満で降坂路を走行中に、運転者によって前記車両の進行方向に対して逆方向に走行するための逆進方向レンジへの切替要求があった場合においても、前記逆進方向レンジへの切替要求を却下する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記逆進方向レンジへの切替要求が却下される場合、前記運転者による逆進方向レンジへの切替要求時に設定されていたシフトレンジがDレンジまたはRレンジである場合には、進行方向に走行するための前記運転者による切替要求時に設定されていたシフトレンジを維持するか、或いはNレンジを選択する
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両の制御装置。 - 前記逆進方向レンジへの切替要求が却下される場合、前記運転者による逆進方向レンジへの切替要求時に設定されていたシフトレンジがNレンジである場合には、Nレンジを維持するか、或いはPレンジを選択する
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両が前記所定車速未満で降坂路を走行中に、前記運転者による逆進方向レンジへの切替要求が却下された後、前記逆進方向レンジへの切替えによって前記車両のエンジンがエンジンストールする可能性があることおよび前記車両の停車後において前記逆進方向レンジへの切替えが可能であることを、前記運転者に告知する
ことを特徴とする請求項2の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両が前記所定車速未満で降坂路を走行中に、前記運転者による逆進方向レンジへの切替要求が却下された後、前記逆進方向レンジへの再操作によって切替えを可能とするとともに、
前記逆進方向レンジへの切替えによって前記車両のエンジンがエンジンストールする可能性があることおよび前記逆進方向レンジへの再操作によって切替えが可能であることを、前記運転者に告知する
ことを特徴とする請求項3の車両の制御装置。
