Abstract
【解決手段】モータ駆動装置1は、交流電源3から入力される交流を直流に変換し、DCリンクへ出力する順変換器11と、DCリンクに設けられたDCリンクコンデンサ12と、各々がモータ2−nごとに設けられ、DCリンクにおける直流を交流に変換し、対応するモータ2−nへ出力する複数の逆変換器13−nと、各モータ2−nについての温度を検出する温度検出部14と、交流電源3と順変換器11との間の電路を開閉する開閉部15と、開閉部15が電路を開路して交流電源3から順変換器11への交流の入力が遮断されたとき、温度検出部14が検出したモータの温度に関する情報に応じて、複数の逆変換器13−nのうちの少なくとも1つに対して、無効電流を出力するよう制御する残留電荷消費制御部16とを備える。

Claims (5)
- 交流電源から入力される交流を直流に変換し、DCリンクへ出力する順変換器と、
前記DCリンクに設けられたDCリンクコンデンサと、
各々がモータごとに設けられ、前記DCリンクにおける直流を交流に変換し、対応するモータへ出力する複数の逆変換器と、
各モータについての温度を検出する温度検出部と、
交流電源と前記順変換器との間の電路を開閉する開閉部と、
前記開閉部が電路を開路して交流電源から前記順変換器への交流の入力が遮断されたとき、前記温度検出部が検出したモータの温度に関する情報に応じて、前記複数の逆変換器のうちの少なくとも1つに対して、無効電流を出力するよう制御する残留電荷消費制御部と、
を備える、モータ駆動装置。 - 前記残留電荷消費制御部は、前記開閉部が電路を開路して交流電源から前記順変換器への交流の入力が遮断されたとき、前記温度検出部が検出したモータの温度のうち最も低い温度を有するモータに対応して設けられた前記逆変換器に対して、無効電流を出力するよう制御する、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記残留電荷消費制御部は、前記開閉部が電路を開路して交流電源から前記順変換器への交流の入力が遮断されたとき、前記温度検出部が検出したモータの温度上昇率のうち最も小さい温度上昇率を有するモータに対応して設けられた前記逆変換器に対して、無効電流を出力するよう制御する、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記残留電荷消費制御部は、前記開閉部が電路を開路して交流電源から前記順変換器への交流の入力が遮断されたとき、前記複数の逆変換器のうちの少なくとも2つに対して、無効電流を出力するよう制御する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- モータごとに許容されるモータ許容温度を設定する設定部をさらに備え、
前記残留電荷消費制御部は、現在制御している前記逆変換器から出力される無効電流が流れるモータについて前記温度検出部が検出した温度が、前記設定部にて当該モータについて設定されたモータ許容温度を超えた場合、当該逆変換器に代えて、他の前記逆変換器に対して無効電流を出力するよう制御する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
