Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 積層造形法で立体物を造形する造形装置であって、
インクジェット方式でインク滴を吐出するインクジェットヘッドと、
造形中の前記立体物を支持する台状部材であり、前記インクジェットヘッドと対向する位置に配設される造形台と、
インク滴を吐出しながら予め設定された主走査方向へ前記造形台に対して相対的に移動する主走査動作を前記インクジェットヘッドに行わせる主走査駆動部と、
前記造形台及び前記インクジェットヘッドのうちの少なくとも一方を移動させることにより、前記インクジェットヘッドと前記造形台との間の距離を変化させる積層方向駆動部と、
前記造形台に対して相対的に移動することにより、前記インクジェットヘッドにより形成されるインクの層を平坦化するローラと
を備え、
前記ローラは、前記主走査方向と直交する副走査方向へ延在するように設けられ、前記副走査方向における一端が他端よりも高くなるように、所定の角度に傾けて配設されていることを特徴とする造形装置。 - 前記インクジェットヘッドとして、互いに異なる色の有色のインクのインク滴をそれぞれが吐出する複数の有色インク用ヘッドを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の造形装置。
- 前記インクジェットヘッドから吐出されるインク滴は、紫外線硬化型インクのインク滴であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の造形装置。
- 積層造形法で立体物を造形する造形方法であって、
インクジェット方式でインク滴を吐出するインクジェットヘッドと、
造形中の前記立体物を支持する台状部材であり、前記インクジェットヘッドと対向する位置に配設される造形台と、
前記インクジェットヘッドにより形成されるインクの層を平坦化するローラと
を用い、
インク滴を吐出しながら予め設定された主走査方向へ前記造形台に対して相対的に移動する主走査動作を前記インクジェットヘッドに行わせ、
前記造形台及び前記インクジェットヘッドのうちの少なくとも一方を移動させることにより、前記インクジェットヘッドと前記造形台との間の距離を変化させ、
前記ローラは、前記造形台に対して相対的に移動することにより、前記インクジェットヘッドにより形成されるインクの層を平坦化し、
前記ローラは、一端が前記主走査方向と直交する副走査移動向きにおける前方側になり、他端が前記副走査移動向きにおける後方側になるように、傾けて配設されていることを特徴とする造形方法。
