Claims (10)
- スパイラル導体と、
前記スパイラル導体を覆って設けられ、前記スパイラル導体の一端を露出させるスルーホールを有する磁性体層と、
前記スルーホールに埋め込まれ、前記磁性体層から露出する第1及び第2の領域を有するスルーホール導体と、
前記磁性体層の上面に形成され、前記スルーホール導体の前記第2の領域を覆うことなく前記第1の領域を覆う第1の導体層と、
前記第1の導体層及び前記スルーホール導体の前記第2の領域を覆う第2の導体層と、を備え、
前記第2の導体層は、前記第1の導体層よりも抵抗値が低いことを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記第1の導体層は、前記第2の導体層よりも柔軟性が高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1の導体層は、導電性樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性体層は、磁性体を含有する樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第2の導体層は、ニッケル(Ni)とスズ(Sn)の積層膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第2の領域は前記第1の領域よりも面積が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 積層方向から見て、前記第2の領域は前記第1の領域よりも前記磁性体層の端部側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記スパイラル導体は、第1の平面スパイラル導体と、前記第1の平面スパイラル導体に積層され、前記第1の平面スパイラル導体とは逆方向に巻回された第2の平面スパイラル導体とを含み、
前記スルーホール導体は、前記第1の平面スパイラル導体の外周端に接続された第1のスルーホール導体と、前記第2の平面スパイラル導体の外周端に接続された第2のスルーホール導体と、前記第1及び第2の平面スパイラル導体の内周端に共通接続された第3のスルーホール導体とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1及び第2の平面スパイラル導体の前記内周端は、積層方向から見て重なっており、重なる位置にて前記積層方向に短絡されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第3のスルーホール導体は、前記積層方向から見て少なくとも一部が前記第1及び第2の平面スパイラル導体の前記内周端と重なることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のコイル部品。
