Abstract
【解決手段】清涼剤と、ラウロイル乳酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシエチレンラウレス硫酸塩、ポリオキシプロピレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN80TM及びGEROPONTMSBFA−30の中の1種類又は2種類以上の組合せを含む界面活性剤とを含む。

Description
表1には幾つかの代表的実施例と比較例が挙げられている。実施例と比較例のコンタクトレンズ用組成物を用いて、それぞれコンタクトレンズと十分に接触し、コンタクトレンズ装用直後、装用30分間後及び1時間後、VAS法(Visual Analogue Scale:視覚アナログスケール)で潤滑感、快適感、クール感と湿潤感等の項目を評価し、各評価項目に対して、いずれも3名(6眼)の点数の平均値を計算し、結果を表2に示す。
本発明の実施例に係るコンタクトレンズ用組成物は、清涼剤と、ラウロイル乳酸ナトリウム(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、ポリオキシエチレンラウレス硫酸塩(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、ポリオキシプロピレングリコール(polyoxypropylene glycol)、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM及びGEROPONTM SBFA−30の中の1種類又は2種類以上の組合せを含む界面活性剤との配合使用により、清涼剤の使用効果をよりよく発揮することができ、コンタクトレンズ装用者の目の不快感と異物感を解消又は軽減し、目を潤滑、湿潤と清涼の状態に長時間維持することができる。
Claims (9)
- 清涼剤と、
ラウロイル乳酸ナトリウム(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、ポリオキシエチレンラウレス硫酸塩(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、ポリオキシプロピレングリコール(polyoxypropylene glycol)、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM及びGEROPONTM SBFA−30の中の1種類又は2種類以上の組合せを含む界面活性剤と、
を含むことを特徴とする、コンタクトレンズ用組成物。 - 前記界面活性剤の含有量は、0.001%(w/v)〜0.5%(w/v)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ用組成物。
- 前記清涼剤は、メントール、カンファ、ボルネオール、乳酸メンチルエステル(menthyl lactate)、メントングリセリンケタール(menthone−glycerol ketal)、コハク酸モノメチル(monomethyl succinate)及びパラメンタン−3,8−ジオール(p−menthane−3,8−doil)の中の1種類又は2種類以上の組合せを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ用組成物。
- 前記清涼剤はメントールであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ用組成物。
- 前記清涼剤の含有量は、0.001%(w/v)〜0.25%(w/v)であることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載のコンタクトレンズ用組成物。
- ポリエチレングリコール(PEG400)、メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン(MPC)及びヒアルロン酸(hyaluronic acid)の中の1種類又は2種類以上の組合せを含む水溶性重合体を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ用組成物。
- 前記水溶性重合体はポリエチレングリコールとメタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリンとを含み、
ポリエチレングリコールとメタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリンの重量比は1:20であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のコンタクトレンズ用組成物。 - 前記水溶性重合体の含有量は、0.05%(w/v)〜5%(w/v)であることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のコンタクトレンズ用組成物。
- ホウ酸及びテトラホウ酸ナトリウムを含む緩衝剤を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ用組成物。
